Today's guided meditation is designed to help you get connected with your higher self,
To let go of anxieties,
And to trust your intuition.
Find a comfortable quiet space where you could sit down or lie down.
Now close your eyes and start by focusing on your breath.
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Allowing your lungs to fully expand.
Hold it for a few seconds and then exhale slowly through your mouth.
One more time,
Deep breath in through your nose,
Expanding your lungs fully.
Hold it for a few seconds.
Now exhale slowly through your mouth.
Continue this breathing pattern on your own.
With each in-breath,
Allow yourself to visualize healing white light entering your body,
Energizing each and every single one of your cells.
And with each exhale,
Less stress,
Less anxiety,
Less doubt,
Less judgment.
With each inhale,
More white light healing your body,
Invigorating you with energy,
With love,
With compassion,
With acceptance.
And with each exhale,
Less stress,
Less anxiety,
Less judgment,
Less anxiousness.
And just feel yourself getting more and more relaxed.
Feel the love,
Feel the joy,
Feel the gratitude and abundance that comes when you are not needlessly suffering in your own head because of self-doubt and self-judgment.
Now allow yourself to visualize a white orb enveloping your body.
Inside this white orb,
You are protected from any fear,
Any judgment,
Any criticism.
Allow yourself to visualize this white orb carrying you off the ground,
Out of the room that you are currently sitting in,
Taking you higher and higher,
Past the clouds,
Past the Earth's atmosphere,
Past the International Space Station,
Until it takes you past the moon,
Past our solar system,
All the way out of the Milky Way,
Until you arrive at the center of the universe.
At the center of the universe,
You see another white orb.
As you get closer to the other white orb,
You see a reflection of yourself.
This other white orb is your higher self.
Visualize the two orbs merging into one orb.
As the orbs merge together,
You are now connected with your higher self,
Your higher self,
All of the stresses,
All of the worries,
All of the negative emotions just vanish and leave your body.
As you connect with your higher self,
Understand that we can get any answer that we want.
So as you are connected,
I want you to think about what your biggest worry is and ask your higher self,
Should I be worried?
How bad is it gonna be?
What is the worst thing that could possibly happen in my career,
In my relationships,
In my personal life?
Allow your higher self's wisdom to give you more confidence that there will be nothing that is too much for you to deal with.
Think about the worst-case scenario.
Is it even true?
What would your life be like if you were able to just let it go and not be concerned?
Maybe it's your job,
Maybe it's a relationship that you're in,
But what would it be like if you didn't have to worry about it?
How would your life be like if you were free from this worrisome scenario?
Allow your higher self to guide you with its infinite wisdom.
Feel your nervous system calming down.
Feel the love that your higher self is giving you.
Everything will be okay.
You have the health,
You have the ability to change your life.
Your higher self will guide you with wisdom,
With excitement,
With curiosity.
Allow yourself to feel the warmth and the love as the two orbs have merged into one,
Where you have a direct connection with your higher self.
Allow yourself to enjoy this feeling.
Allow yourself to feel confident that you do not need to worry.
Notice your frequency and vibration rising as you are connected to your higher self.
Our higher self never plans anything that is too difficult for us to deal with.
Sure,
It will be challenging.
Sure,
It can be stressful.
But our higher self wants us to push ourselves,
To expand our consciousness,
To be able to experience more of everything,
Everywhere,
All at once.
We face many challenges in our life.
These challenges aren't meant to be problems,
To cause us needless suffering.
These challenges are here to push us,
To become more expanded versions of ourselves.
So let all the stress melt away.
Feel the confidence,
Feel the empowerment,
Feel the gift of the opportunity of another challenge that you get to face so that you can expand your consciousness,
So that you could become a better person,
So that you could have more empathy,
More patience,
More love for everyone in your life.
Allow yourself to feel the joy,
The love,
The gratitude with each and every single breath.
You may be feeling emotions come up.
Allow yourself to feel those emotions and then let them go.
Just like you could let go of the stress and the anxiety.
As you take in this loving feeling from your higher self,
Allow yourself to visualize one of your happiest memories.
It might be your graduation,
The birth of a child,
A promotion.
But allow yourself to visualize that glorious day.
Feel how happy you are.
Notice all of your friends or family or relatives that are around for that day.
What did you eat?
What do you hear?
What do you smell?
Allow yourself to relive this memory.
Allow yourself to access instant joy.
Allow yourself to just be a human being enjoying your life.
Understand that this memory is here to remind you that inner joy can be found at any time.
Nothing needs to change in your external reality for you to access the joy.
Once you understand this,
You will also know that circumstances do not matter.
Only your state of being matters.
So no matter how bad the external circumstance,
Remember that you could always access your memories to raise your vibration.
And that is all that is required.
Positive thoughts,
Positive feelings,
Positive actions,
Positive results.
Now,
Say thank you to your memory for it raised your vibration.
It allowed you to feel more joy.
Now allow yourself to visualize one of your dreams,
One of the things that you want to manifest.
A new business,
A new hobby,
A new relationship,
A new home.
Whatever it is,
Visualize it vividly in your mind's eye.
Visualize all the details,
All the intricacies.
If it is some sort of goal,
Start thinking about every single step that you would need to take in order to actualize this manifestation.
Picture yourself taking each step.
Each step is met with inspired action.
Visualize yourself taking these actions with ease,
With joy,
With passion.
See how it is positively impacting everyone around you when you are in this positive state of being.
Visualize how magnetic you have become because your joy is no longer connected to outcomes,
To external achievements.
You are in the state of being,
Of happiness,
Of inspiration.
And it is because you are happy and inspired that your manifestation will actualize,
Not the other way around.
That you are only happy and inspired after your manifestation actualizes.
This is a huge shift to understand that your joy,
That your quality of life is all created from the inside out and not from the outside in.
Now,
Allow yourself to visualize any challenges that might get in the way,
Any roadblocks that you could think of.
It is important to see that any obstacle in your way can be overcome.
Any obstacle is merely an opportunity for you to feel challenged so that your consciousness,
Your skill set,
Your beingness can continue to expand,
To grow.
Take a deep breath in through your nose.
Hold it at the top.
Now go ahead and exhale through the mouth.
Understand that this exercise exercise is clearing out your anxiety,
Is strengthening your intuition,
Will allow you to manifest anything that you desire because this meditation is changing you from the inside out by being happy,
By feeling abundant,
By being grateful.
We change our inner state so that the external world can reflect our inner state back to us.
Visualize yourself accomplishing your manifestation.
How happy are you?
How does it make you feel?
How does it make your friends and family feel?
How will you how will you celebrate?
How does this help the world?
Allow yourself to bask in this feeling as you visualize the actualization of your manifestation as you have a template of the manifestation that you want to actualize.
Let's work on being unattached.
Let's work on letting go.
Too much attachment could slow down our manifestation.
So allow yourself to feel grateful without your manifestation.
Allow yourself to be joyous without your manifestation.
Allow yourself to continue to love yourself,
To continue to serve others without your manifestation.
No manifestation will ever make us truly happy.
It can provide temporary happiness but long-term joy is cultivated from the inside out.
And the law of attraction states what we put out is what we get back.
So if we are joyous,
If we are giving,
If we are grateful,
If we are abundant,
That is what the universe will give back to us.
Stay connected to your higher self.
Stay connected to this loving feeling.
Understand that the stress and the anxieties are only felt when you are in your head.
Judging yourself.
Judging other people.
Judging your situation.
But we do not have a bad life.
We just have a bad quality of our thinking.
And when we change the quality of our thinking,
We change the quality of our life.
So take another deep breath in through your nose.
Hold it at the top.
Now exhale through your mouth.
And with each in-breath,
Feel the appreciation,
Feel the gratitude for being able to manifest anything in your mind's eye.
And when you exhale,
Detach from any outcome.
And know that you can feel peaceful.
You could feel happy.
You could feel equanimous just by changing the quality of your thinking.
Now allow yourself to disconnect your orb from your higher self's orb.
Your orb is slowly drifting back into our galaxy.
Slowly drifting back into our solar system.
Passing Saturn.
Passing our moon.
Slowly passing the International Space Station.
And re-entering our atmosphere.
Our atmosphere.
Returning you gently into the room or the area that you are sitting.
Placing you back on the floor.
Allow yourself to visualize this white orb beginning to disappear.
You may begin wiggling your toes.
Wiggle a few of your fingers.
Get reacquainted with your body.
Take one more deep breath in.
Hold it at the top.
Now one more deep exhale.
And allow yourself to sit in this feeling of joy,
Of relaxation,
Of abundance,
Of gratitude.
And when you are ready,
You may open your eyes.
