Bring your awareness to your breathing,
Breathing at the tip of the nostrils and feeling that breath at the top of the lip,
Beneath the nose,
Breathing deeply into the belly,
Feeling the belly rise and fall as you breathe in and out,
Completely relaxed.
Counting back from 5,

Feeling your body completely relaxed,
Feeling your body so heavy that you cannot move,
You are totally relaxed.
Allow the layers of self to gently peel away and float into the atmosphere.
As they peel away so do all your worries float away and you become much lighter,
So light that you float into the atmosphere,
Gently levitating towards the sky.
As you float up,
Drift towards the heat of the sun and feel that sun ray warming your whole body.
Immersed in the rays of sun you start to drift away,
Allowing the body to cool down and find balance.
Shift your awareness to pleasure,
Either emotional or physical pleasure and allow this to replace any pain that your body may be feeling.
Breathe deeply as your body comes to a comfortable temperature,
It feels light and you are healed.
And in this healing vibration,
This relaxed state of mind,
This relaxed body,
Think of one thing that you are grateful for.
Visualise a white light surrounding you from the top of the head,
Down the shoulders,
Back of the neck,
This light cascading down the arms,
Tips of the fingers,
Tips of the fingers,
To the waist,
Down the legs,
To the tips of the toes.
This protective light surrounds your body and creates a positive energetic feel.
Feel your body now completely relaxed and feel your mind's eye in a happy state.
Using your mind's eye to embed the vibration of happiness.

Of love,
I am loving and I am loved.
Of freedom,
I am free and my actions contribute to the freedom of others.
Of success,
I am successful and I enjoy the energy of success and growth.
Locking in these intentions as your own truth.
Notice how relaxed the body is,
How good the body feels,
How quiet the mind is.
And when you're ready,
Allow the conscious awareness to come back to your breath,
Noticing the length and depth of your breath now.
And at your own pace,
Wiggle the fingers,
Wiggle the toes,
And bring awareness to the sensations of your breath and gently turn over to one side.
Take your time,
Take a few conscious breaths as you come back into this here and now.
Completing this practice with a vibrational sound of a hum that assists in recalibrating the nervous system.
Taking a deep breath in to hum twice.
And slowly opening the eyes when you're ready.
