Sound Bath Sessions 074: Renee Chang

Renee Chang is a freelance graphic designer and a Yoga instructor/sound bath practitioner in her spare time. She learned sound bath techniques from her yoga master in India. We recorded her sessions on a secluded beach on Lamma Island.

For this recording, Renee’s back was tired from leaning over the bowls so I put the mic on the stand in a sitting-up position facing the ocean with her behind it. She skillfully combined several techniques in this track resulting in a well-balanced, energetic composition. As the tide slowly came in, the waves began to be more lively and a fisherman was working on his small boat in the distance.
