Welcome to the chakra attunement meditation. Take a moment to find a comfortable position, Preferably sitting upright or lying down on your back. Begin to notice your body resting here and the earth holding you from below. Allow your mind to quiet down as you become aware of your inhale and exhale. To begin attuning the chakras, Bring your attention to the root chakra at the base of your torso. Begin to breathe from here as if you are drawing your breath right through your skin. As you inhale, Bring fresh energy in and as you exhale, Allow the breath to expand and open the chakra. This way of breathing and focusing will naturally clear out stagnation. Continue to breathe into the root and notice the color red shining out. You may notice this chakra opening and relaxing and the color becoming more vibrant as you breathe. Now inhale here and on the exhale, Send the breath up through the core of your body into the second chakra at the lower abdomen. Breathe through your skin from the front and back of your body, Drawing in fresh energy. See the color orange and notice the quality of it. Feel this space opening and flowing naturally as you breathe. Notice if the color has become brighter just with your attention. Now inhale from here and send your breath on the exhale up to the third chakra, The solar plexus, In the middle of your abdomen. Breathe in and out from here, Drawing energy in from the front and back of your body. The color here is yellow. Notice its quality and see if it changes as you breathe here. Inhale deeply and now send the exhale up to the heart chakra in the middle of your chest. Breathe here from the front and back, Opening and expanding your heart. The color here is green. Notice the qualities of the color as you clear and fill this area. Now inhale and exhale up into the throat chakra. Breathe in from the front and back, Noticing the blue color shining out. Inhale again and send it up into the center of your head. Now inhale from the forehead and from the base of your skull into the center of the head at the third eye chakra. The color here is indigo. Notice the color and the space that your breath is creating. From here, Inhale and send your breath up into the crown chakra at the top of your head. Draw your breath down from this point and into the chakra, Noticing the color violet. Feel your crown area opening and balancing. Notice the color quality as you breathe. Now inhale from here and exhale all the way down to the root chakra. Now from here, Inhale up to the crown. Breathe up and down through your chakras, Noticing how they are all connected in the core of your body. See their colors as you move through them. Now pause at your heart and rest here. Notice how you feel now that you have flowed energy through your chakras. Rest in the colors of them and see them shining out from your body. Now become aware of your physical body and how it connects with the chakras. Begin to move your body, Stretching your hands and feet however it feels right to you. When you are ready, Slowly open your eyes and greet your outside world. Capitalism will end tomorrow and your faith will unoscrathed.

When i do this i my forehead becomes tight n almost like a headache. This feeling stays for a few moments afterwards. Is this normal n has it happened to anyone else ??.
