Welcome to the Meridian Flow Meditation.
This meditation will help to open and connect the energy channels in your body,
Which brings harmony to your entire being.
Take a moment to find a comfortable position,
Preferably lying on your back.
Begin to notice your body resting here and the earth below holding you.
Allow your mind to quiet down as you become aware of your inhale and exhale.
Now bring your attention to the area near your shoulders where your chest meets your arms,
With your attention focused on both areas equally.
Begin to breathe from here,
Drawing your breath into this area through your skin.
As you breathe,
Allow the energy that's riding in on your breath to build and expand here.
Now take a deep breath here and on the exhale,
Send your breath and awareness down the inside of your arms to your fingertips.
From here,
Inhale up the outside of your arms to the shoulders and continue up through your neck and face to the top of your head.
From here,
Exhale down the back of your head and neck,
Down your back,
And down the back of your legs,
All the way to the base of your feet and to the tips of your toes.
From here,
Inhale up the inside of your legs,
Up through your abdomen and chest,
And back to the shoulder area where we began.
Now we will simply repeat this pattern,
Continuing to breathe through our entire body.
From the shoulders,
Inhale and exhale down the inside of your arms to your fingertips in a long flowing breath.
From here,
Slowly inhale up the outside of your arms to the shoulders,
Up your neck,
Face,
And to the top of your head.
From here,
Slowly exhale down the back of your head and neck,
Down your back and the back of your legs,
All the way to the base of your feet and to the tips of your toes.
Now inhale up the inside of your legs,
Up through your abdomen and chest,
And back to the shoulder area.
Continue to flow down the arms through the heart,
Lung,
And heart protector meridians.
From your fingers,
Flow up through the small intestine,
Colon,
And triple heater meridians.
From your head,
Flow down through the bladder,
Gallbladder,
And stomach meridians.
From your feet,
Flow up through the liver,
Kidney,
And spleen meridians.
Continue breathing through the rivers of light by exhaling down your body and inhaling up at your own pace.

You You You You You Continue breathing down the inside of the arms Up through the outside to the top of your head Down the back all the way to the feet And up through the chest And up through the chest You You Allow this flow of energy to balance and replenish these areas You You You You You You You You You Rest in this flowing light,
Feeling your being on an energetic level.
Become aware of your physical body and notice all of your cells in harmony.
Begin to move your body however it wants to move.
Notice how everything is connected and a part of the whole.
When you are ready,
Open your eyes and greet your outside world.
