Welcome to this meditation to connect you to your highest self.

This practice will work in three phases.

Phase one,

We will release what no longer serves us.

Phase two,

We will get grounded and settled in our bodies.

And in phase three,

We will activate our deep inner knowing.

I recommend having your journal nearby so you can free write at the end of this meditation to anchor in and integrate the energies that flow through you.

Thank you for joining me on this sacred journey to your highest self.

Today's meditation practice is based on three themes.

As I mentioned,

We're going to be working through release,

Grounding,

And listening within.

And I want you to just take a moment right now to get settled.

Really settle into your body.

Really connect to whatever it is that you're feeling physically,

Emotionally,

Spiritually,

Mentally.

Take a moment to just allow whatever has happened in this day to put that aside for just a little bit.

I like to say we're going to put this on a shelf.

So whatever has happened in this day so far,

Just put it on a shelf.

You can come back to it later.

But for right now,

We're just going to set it aside.

It's safe.

We're going to set that aside.

So get those comfort items you need to really connect to your body,

To connect within.

Maybe roll your shoulders.

Maybe get out your wiggles if you're feeling a little bit antsy in your body.

You could do a couple of head rolls.

That might feel good to you.

Maybe just take a really nice cleansing breath.

And as you're settling in,

I invite you to take a moment and set an intention for this practice.

Your intention can be as big or as small as feels right to you.

Maybe something simple just like a mantra or a word even that really connects you to your being right now.

I also invite you to connect with any external forces that you would like to call into this practice with you,

Whether that's source energy,

God,

Spirit guides,

Guardian angels.

If there are any energies you would like to invite to participate in this practice with you today,

Do so now.

Begin to close your eyes.

Lift your body and do a little body scan.

Is there any part of your body that feels tight,

Painful?

Maybe something just needs to be released.

Take a breath and send your breath to the part of your body that needs some attention right now.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Notice the sensation of the air as you breathe in through your nostrils.

And notice the sensation as you breathe out through your mouth or your nostrils.

Notice the temperature.

Notice the force.

Notice the cadence of your breath.

Feel your breath moving in and out.

We are going to begin to release and let go of what feels like we no longer need to hold on to it.

We often speak of creating or holding space for our expansion and our abundance.

In order to create that space,

We must also learn to release those energies that don't currently have a place or a need to be here.

Life throws us many curveballs,

But we don't always need to hold the energy of everything we experience.

As you continue to breathe,

Ask your inner self,

What am I ready to shed?

What do I need to release?

How can I gently let go?

Breathe in and breathe out.

Wrap your arms around your body.

Feel the safety and the security of your own embrace.

You are safe to release.

You are safe to release.

Say to yourself,

I am safe to release.

Imagine now everything you are releasing has been sent into a bubble.

You have given this bubble permission to float on and leave your energetic field.

Release your arms as you watch this bubble float away higher and higher away from your being.

And as you watch it,

Take a moment in gratitude.

Take a moment to say thank you for all of the ways that this energy has supported you,

Helped you,

Guided you,

Provided you information,

Lessons,

Bits and pieces that will integrate into your being.

And as the bubble floats just out of view,

Feel the safety within yourself to release that completely with love and compassion.

And as you take a deep breath,

The deepest breath you've taken so far during this practice,

Know that there's a part of you that has been freed and you are ready to relax and welcome in love and compassion and kindness for yourself and for everything that you have let go of.

You have now entered a new phase of growth.

Like an awakening,

A freshness is overcoming you.

You feel lighter than you ever have before.

And in this moment,

It is important to ground yourself so that you don't also float away.

Bring your awareness to your physical body.

Visualize and feel the place of your root chakra at the base of your spine.

If you are seated,

Notice if you can expand your sits bones in your seat.

You may notice that you want to wiggle or expand so that you really can feel rooted to the ground beneath you.

This is your sense of self,

Of security.

This is the root of where your power comes from.

Breathe into your root chakra.

Breathe in and breathe out.

And as you deepen your breath,

Feel the roots from the base of your spine,

From the energetic portal of your root chakra,

Anchor in to Mother Earth.

Feel your roots begin to grow.

You are safe to be here.

You are safe to be here.

Whisper to yourself,

I am safe to be here.

These roots keep you centered,

Regulated,

Grounded.

You know that no matter where you are,

Who you are with,

How your heart feels,

You are connected in the most loving way to Mother Gaia.

And this grounding creates confidence,

Clarity,

And abundance.

See those roots extend far beneath the ground you are seated into a beautiful network of powerful energy deep beneath the earth below you.

This network of energy supports you in everything you do.

Breathe into this space and whisper to yourself,

I am grounded.

I am safe.

I am held.

While you have grown roots and grounded your energy,

You have activated a deeper part of your intuition that you didn't even know existed.

As you see those roots descending down,

Down,

Down into the earth,

Notice how they begin to light up.

Those roots are sending an electrical charge up through the earth back into your body from your root chakra all the way up to your crown.

Your entire being is electrified with energy.

You feel a surge of joy and pleasure.

You are completely open.

You are light.

You are ready to receive.

You have just entered the deep portal of inner wisdom.

And just how you turn a key to open a door,

You have opened this portal to receive divine messages of guidance deep from within yourself.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Your breath is your lifeline.

Connect to your breath and take a moment to listen within.

Now that you have activated the portal,

It is time for you to integrate whatever messages you received.

In just a moment,

We will come back to your physical space and you are invited to free write in your journal.

Take a few moments to connect with your thoughts.

Connect with your energies,

With the messages that you received from the portal of inner wisdom.

Trust that you are receiving exactly what you need.

Allow these messages to continue to flow over the next day,

Over the next week,

Over the next month.

Return to your breath and breathe in and breathe out.

Place one hand on your heart and the other on your belly.

Breathe in and breathe out.

You are an incredible human on an incredible journey.

As you have released,

Grounded,

And activated your inner wisdom portal,

Know that anything and everything is available to you.

Anytime you wish to return to this meditation,

You are free to do so.

We take one more breath in this space together.

And as we release,

May you experience joy.

May you experience love.

May you experience divine guidance and breath and life energy.
