This 23 minute practice activates your expansive energy to inspire self-growth and self-awareness. Life can feel challenging, especially when we get thrown curve balls that feel impossible to overcome. How do you move from a place of feeling stuck and depleted into a space of actualizing the vibrant life you want to live? How do you decide and choose to release what's no longer serving you so you can move into a space of wild abundance? We start with compassion and reverence for ourselves. We begin to allow ourselves to see us for who we really are. We visualize those dreams that light us up and bring forth pleasure. The energy of this practice builds just like you are going to as you activate your expansive life! Listen to this meditation daily or weekly to allow yourself to expand, grow, and become the super attractor who manifests the life of your dreams.

Welcome to this expansion activation meditation.
During this session,
We will explore the themes of personal expansion,
Growth,
And self-awareness.
Welcome.
Thank you for being here.
Thank you for allowing yourself to be in this space,
For giving yourself this gift of time,
And for showing up for you.
Before we begin,
Take a moment and set your intention for this practice.
You may want to invite in additional spiritual support if that feels comfortable to you.
Maybe you have spirit guides or guardian angels that you like to call on,
Or perhaps you want to call on the energy of your heart space to be with you during this practice.
Whatever feels right to you,
Set your intention,
Call in any support,
And relax into your body.
This practice will take you to a new space.
Allow that space to be whatever it is to be,
And whatever else you have going on in your day,
Or have had going on up until this point,
Now is the time when you get to put that on a shelf,
Know that it'll be there for you when you return,
And you get to dedicate this next little bit just for you.
Get comfortable,
Settle in,
And let's begin.
Connect with your body,
And let's do that by starting with a breath.
If you want your eyes to softly close or soften your gaze,
Just take a nice breath here.
Inhale through the nose,
And exhale through the mouth.
And on this next inhale,
See if you can bring in even more air than you did on the first breath.
Make it the biggest breath you've taken so far today.
Inhale,
Allow your chest and your belly to expand,
Your shoulders to roll back,
And gently let that air out.
Connect to your physical being right now.
As I mentioned before,
This is a time to get out of your head space.
This is a time to be in your body,
So welcome that.
Welcome the sounds of your heart beating.
Welcome the flow of your breath as you breathe with your natural rhythm.
You may feel comfortable with your hands placed in an upright position,
Either on your knees,
Or if you're laying down,
They might be by your side.
When we have our palms upright,
We are in a receiving energy,
And this embodiment practice is all about receiving.
You may also notice that you're called to put your hands on your heart,
Or perhaps one hand on your heart and another on your belly.
And if this motion,
This gesture feels good for you,
Please do so.
Please anchor into your body.
Feel the warmth of your skin.
Feel the rise and fall of your breath.
Allow yourself to take these moments as a gift just for you.
And as we welcome this energy flowing through our body,
We may feel the call to set an intention.
Maybe that intention is one word,
Or perhaps an affirmation that calls to you.
So take a moment now and give yourself space to set that intention.

Remember,

And allow it to expand exponentially through your being.
Notice your breath as you inhale and you exhale.
And as we are on the cusp of this full moon,
Which is a beautiful time of release,
Ask yourself,
What is it right now that I feel called to release?
What no longer serves me in this moment,
That I'm ready to let go of?
Recall a memory of something that happened recently,
Something that didn't feel so good in your body,
In your mind,
In your lived experience.
And as you recall that memory right now,
Notice where you feel it,
And how you feel it right now.
Recall that memory right now.
Notice where you feel it in your body.
Notice what emotion comes up.
Notice where you feel tight and constricted.
Send a breath to this part of yourself,
This part of your body.
And as you exhale,
Repeat the words to yourself in a whisper,
I release this experience.
We all experience struggle and challenge,
Failures.
And they do not identify us.
They do not make us who we are.
And there are many lessons that we can take away from these moments.
But in order to do so,
We must first release anything that's been coded energetically in our being,
That we're still holding on to that no longer serves us.
So as you take that breath,
And you release,
Know that you get to decide to release that pain.
You get to choose to let it go.
You get to release the parts that you don't need to carry forward.
And now that you've released that part of the memory,
See what you can recall that actually does serve you.
What are the parts of that experience that are lessons,
That are building your strength,
That create resilience,
That are building your strength,
That create resilience?
In that moment,
How did you show up for yourself?
Even if the showing up for yourself is in this release of the pain.
I decide to find the lessons in my experiences.
I choose to turn the moments where I feel like I failed into an opportunity to build my strength and my resilience.
I release the pain and I expand and I grow.
And I honor myself for all of who I am.
This moment,
These feelings,
They were just a snapshot in time.
We get to notice with compassion and reverence for ourselves that we are humans living a human experience.
And sometimes things don't go the way that we desire.
And that is okay.
Breathe into your power.
Breathe into your power.
Your power of compassion and grace and trusting that you know exactly what you need to release and let go of so that you can expand and grow exponentially into the version of yourself that is calling to you in your heart space.
The version of you that knows how incredibly poignant and powerful you are.
You are incredible.
And this is where you get to expand.
You are safe to release and let go of the pain.
You are safe to let go of the embarrassment,
The shame,
The depression,
The discouragement,
The anxiety.
You are safe to let that go.
Whisper that to yourself.
I am safe to release.
I decide that I am here to do great things.
I choose to hold myself with compassion and reverence and grace.
Take a cleansing breath here as we release,
As we recoded that part of your energetic blueprint.
Breathe in and breathe out.
And now recall the thing that you're dreaming of most.
What is the big vision you have,
The big dream,
The big manifestation,
The expansion that you are moving yourself into?
What does that look like for you?
See that now in your mind's eye.
You may want to imagine a whiteboard or a canvas in your mind.
And on this white surface,
See the vision of your expanded self.
See yourself doing whatever it is that you are most excited about.
Writing that bestselling book.
Falling in love with that absolutely amazing,
Glorious soulmate.
Attracting your dream client to work with you.
Going on that vacation you've been fantasizing about for years.
See it now,
See it on that canvas in your mind.
See yourself in that moment,
In that expansion.
Knowing that this is your calling,
This is your dream,
This is your life.
This is the truest expression of who you are.
This is your fullness.
And notice where you feel this in your body.
Breathe that breath,
That life force energy into that part of your body you feel this expansion the most.
If it's your heart space,
Place your hands on your heart and take that breath and inhale.
Hold that energy there as you are creating new neural pathways to expand into this energy and exhale.
Knowing that you are coding and rewiring your body and brain to align with this vision.
To align with this vision.
I choose to see myself in this space.
I choose to see this energy expanding within my being.
I decide that I am living the fullest expression of myself without limitation,
Without grief,
Without feeling less than.
I have released that and I am now in my full power of myself.
Feel the sensations in your body begin to rise.
Feel them elevate,
Feel the tingles,
The warmth.
You are creating within your being so that you can create in the external.
This version of you is a fully expressed being.
You hold the key to everything that you desire.
Everything is available to you.
And you are now in the energy of this full expansion of self.
This energetic blueprint that knows no bounds.
Feel that power.
See yourself.
Living this life.
Knowing that everything you desire was planted within you for a reason.
In the beginning of this practice,
You chose an intention.
I would love for you to come back to that intention right now.
If it was a word or a mantra.
And with this newly coded vibrational frequency that we have just activated within.
Say that word or mantra to yourself right now.
Whisper it.
Anchor it in to your body.
This word,
This mantra that you chose as your intention.
Is your anchor to your big vision.
Your expansion is held in this new coding.
Repeat the word.
Repeat the mantra.
Anchor in its power.
Anchor in its energy.
Anchor in to who you are.
As a magnificent creator.
As a magnificent creator of your life.
Everything you want is available to you.
You feel the energy pulsing through you.
You feel the deep truth of who you are.
You know in your being,
In your intuition,
In your gut.
That this is the fullest expression of yourself.
Stepping in to this power.
In truth,
In love,
In knowing.
Anchor that in now.
You are in the process of reprogramming your internal codes.
And they are working magic with the divine within you.
With source energy,
With the universe,
With mother nature.
With beings beyond our own comprehension.

Start with the feet.
Bring your awareness to your toes.
To the soles of your feet.
To your ankles.
Notice the energy flow up your legs.
Through your calf muscles.
Past your knees.
Up your upper legs,
Your thighs.
Feel that heat rise as you get to the root of you.
Of you and your sacral.
Feel that energy at the base of your spine and moving up through your pelvic area.
Up your belly.
And up into your heart space.
Feel the sensations in your fingers.
And your wrists.
Moving up your arm past your elbow.
Up to the tops of your shoulders.
Roll your shoulders back.
And feel that energy in your throat chakra.
Where you get to communicate with power,
With love.
With passion and expansion to yourself.
As this energy moves up your face.
Smile.
Feel your cheeks widen.
Feel your eyes,
Even if they're closed,
Feel them expand within your eye sockets.
Feel your jaw relax and your forehead soften.
Feel your head open.
And be accepting of all of who you are.
And as we did that body scan,
If there are any parts of you,
You need to revisit.
Take a moment and send some love into that part of you now.
Whisper to yourself,
I decide.
I choose.
I am here for this.
I am ready.
I allow.
Everyone now,
Please place your hands on your heart.
And hold this truth and this beautiful expansion in your body.
In your heart.
In your knowing.
It is now coded within.
It is now coded within.
You have activated this energy.
You have initiated this expansion,
This growth,
This personal power.
This self-awareness,
Self-acceptance,
Self-love.
And it is flowing through you without you having to do anything else.
You have done the work.
You have set the intention.
And now you get to allow this practice today to continue to flow,
Expand,
And allow you to shape how you continue to show up throughout your day,
Throughout your week,
Throughout your month,
Throughout your life.
You have grown to an incredible space.
And you will continue to integrate what we did here today in some subtle ways and some ways that will blow your mind.
Start to come back to your body.
Maybe wiggle your fingers,
Your toes.
Maybe open and close your jaw.
Activate a yawn.
Roll your shoulders and your neck.
Take time today to hydrate,
To move with gentle movement.
Journal about anything that comes up for you.
