Welcome.
For most of us,
It's been such a deep,
Intense time.
Mind purification.
Of looking at.
Shadows within ourselves that we were not even aware of we had.
The shadow is something that you don't know that you don't know about,
Because it's so deep in your subconscious mind that you're not aware of it.
And as I move through my own shadows.
I feel myself coming out.
And feels.
Feels so light.
To be on this wave or this cycle.
Where I have emerged back into the light it feels and so today I wanted to record a quick reminder to us.
In this reminder.
Is going to be About.
Learning how to.
Bring our awareness continuously back to the heart space.
Core or belly.
It is those two places within our body that if we can dedicate our awareness or attention They will free us.
From suffering.
So let's try that right now.
As you are listening.
To this.
This meditation.
Bring at least half of your awareness on the heart space.
So imagine dropping down.
And keeping your awareness around the heart as you listen to these words.
And already.
When you drop your awareness around the heart space.
You may notice certain sensations around the heart It may be a little bit of tightness.
Or any other sensation like coldness,
Heat.
Tingling.
Just notice what that is.
And make no judgment about it.
See if you can keep your awareness around the heart space,
On the heart space the whole time.
As you listen.
Maybe here we're breathing deeply.
And calmly.
Maybe here we're becoming aware of the living organism that our body is.
So as we keep our awareness on this.
Present.
Location.
We can still feel the rest of the body.
In fact.
Only when the awareness is below the level of the mind.
Can we feel the aliveness of our body truly?
So let's spend a little bit of time.
Feeling your own life force energy moving through every part of our body.
You don't have to do anything specific.
To feel that.
You just have to keep your awareness.
On the heart space or at the belly.
And from there extending your awareness to the rest of the body from the inside of the body.
Noticing here also how natural and easy.
The process of breathing is.
That your body knows how to breathe without your conscious awareness.
You don't have to actually be forcing breathing,
It just happens So,
Letting your body naturally breathe.
And maybe helping it with an audible sigh on the exhale and noticing a deep inner peace.
That arises naturally in the space of presence.
This peace.
Of being.
Deepest peace of love.
As peace of God.
God to attend.
But notice also the stillness.
Or the silence.
And how deeply nourishing It feels and it is.
The rest of your body.
So let's spend the next few moments really drinking in.
The space.
Nourishment.
Simply allowing your being your presence.
To nourish you.
Might be helpful to imagine.
That your breathing is through your heart space.
Or your belly.
Letting go.
Any striving Any proving?
And you force it.
That comes from the mind.
Just choosing.
To exercise our ability.
To be present.
To be.
Presence.
To be the peace of God.
Simply by placing it.
Our attention.
On the heart space.
Over the belly.
The still point.
Where our being emanates from.
Noticing how the space Each exhale is deeply healing for nervous system.
Deeply relaxing.
You Once again.
Notice the stillness.
Notice how alive.
And nourishing it is.
Notice how.
Effortless it feels to be here.
Beautiful.
I'm going to wrap up this space that is meditation.
And I invite you to continue to cultivate this state of being,
The state of presence the rest of your day.
Choosing.
To keeping your attention.
Inside your body.
Focusing on the heart space or the belly.
And continuing to feel into the stillness,
Into the silence,
Into the deep inner peace.
That naturally.
Exists.
