Hello and welcome back.
This awakening meditation is going to be perfect for anybody who is questioning what's next or am I in the right place or what is happening,
What is going on,
Why am I feeling like this.
Essentially anybody who feels like they're out of alignment.
So to start with,
Sit comfortably with your back straight,
Make sure you are comfortable,
Also placing a pillow underneath your bum or between your knees and beginning to bring all of your awareness inside of your body,
Inside and downward.
And let's take a few slow breaths,
Anchoring ourselves deeper into the body.
Inhaling and exhaling.
Inhaling and exhaling.
Once again,
Inhaling and exhaling with a sigh.
Maybe here it feels good to move or stretch your body a little bit,
Maybe rolling your neck from side to side,
Maybe doing micro-movements with your spine or shoulders or arms.
So taking the next 30 seconds just to freely move with your body from the inside of your body.
So letting the movements be body-led and following the joy of those movements,
Joy of stretching and being embodied.
And when you're ready,
I'm going to ask a few different questions.
And the invitation for you is to deeply contemplate the answers to those questions.
So the first question is,
If you had 100 million dollars in your bank account within the next hour,
What would you do with your time?
As you receive this question,
Really imagine it.
You have all the money in the world that you need.
If it's more than 100 million,
Imagine 100 billion.
You have that certainty,
Financial certainty.
You will notice how your spine straightens even more.
How just even thinking about having more than enough money brings relaxation inside your body.
You have no need to work for money any longer.
What changes?
What would you do within an hour?
What would you do within the next 24 hours?
What would you do within the next month?
Would it be complete rest and vacation time?
Would it be celebration and being with your loved ones?
Would it be investing money in a project maybe that you wanted to complete for a long time?
Would you create art?
Would you birth babies?
Would you travel the world?
What is your highest excitement?
15 more seconds to contemplate this question before we move on to the next.
And now deep inhale.
And deep exhale.
What would you do within the next hour?
Within the next 24 hours?
Within the next month?
If you knew that you could not fail.
Failing is not possible.
You are guaranteed success.
What would you do?
And how would you be?
Take a note of first impressions.
But also keep asking yourself deeper.
Listening to the deeper answers.
What would I really do if I couldn't fail?
There is no risk.
Also noticing and just asking that question.
Brings more confidence inside your body or maybe more courage.
Deeper trust.
Or maybe it brings more fear and more doubt.
How could that be if you could not fail?
That's not possible.
Could be the thoughts.
The last 15 seconds.
Taking in big breath.
Exhale and let it go.
And the next question.
What would you do if you only had one week left to live?
Just 7 days.
And what becomes important?
What are your essentials now?
Do you have any regrets?
Is there a deeper calling?
Listening and being honest.
Being very very honest with yourself.
You know you can't lie to yourself anyway even if you tried.
But giving space to your honest answers coming from the heart.
What is here for me?
30 more seconds.
Really exploring those edges within our own being.
And when you are ready we are going to take one more deep breath.
As we exhale and let go of all the questions.
And now simply be with yourself.
With the vulnerability of the moment and the answers that you just received.
Be with yourself and feel What is this meaningful for me?
Why am I scared to live my life?
Why do I keep holding back?
Do I want to keep living like this?
Or do I want to risk feeling vulnerable but fully aligned and alive?
And with those questions I invite you to maybe hug yourself or put a palm on your heart or your belly.
And just thank yourself for showing up to even listen to this meditation.
Thank yourself for choosing to spend your time in contemplation.
Connecting to what is real.
Connecting to life inside and outside.
It can take as long as you need to come out of being as gentle as possible.
