And in the darkness behind your eyelids,
Beginning to connect your attention to your breath,
Turning all of your attention inwards and bringing it into sharp focus with your breath.
And I want you now to connect yourselves to the Earth and stellar stars.
So I want you to imagine far,
Far above you,
Up in the heavens,
That golden ball of light holding all of the divine father energy of the cosmos and dropping down from that golden ball of light,
A golden thread of light,
Which comes down,
Down,
Down,
All the way through the heavens until it arrives at the crown of your head.
And here it melts into your body,
Following its downward path through the centre of your body until it arrives at your perineum.
And from here it exits your body and continues on its downward path all the way to the centre of the Earth,
To that iron core crystal in the first dimension,
Which holds the divine mother energy of Gaia.
So just feel these two stars,
Feel that golden thread connecting them,
Running through your centre,
Informing you,
Holding you.
Feel your connection to the cosmos and to your Earth.
Feel yourself held between your divine mother and your divine father as the holy child,
As you now set your intention to gather all of the threads of wisdom you have ever had throughout all times and all incarnations here upon planet Gaia.
To gather in all of these threads back to yourself,
Back into your first centre and make yourself whole again as the moment where you first incarnated.
And as you sit upon the Earth,
Can you feel her holding you from below?
Feel the enormity,
The ancient wisdom of the consciousness of Gaia that you sit upon,
Pushing up to meet you from below,
To hold you from below.
Can you feel all of this consciousness,
The depth of the Earth below you?
And can you bring your awareness to your first energy centre at your perineum,
The doorway,
A veil between the worlds?
And as you sit your awareness in this energy centre,
Can you feel all of the energy within it?
Feel the quality of this energy centre,
Your grounding centre,
The doorway,
The portal that connects you to your mother Earth,
Gaia.
And as you sit your awareness in this centre,
Can you feel the energy of this centre as it rests against the energy of Gaia consciousness below it?
As above,
So below.
Feel the relationship of this centre to Gaia.
Feel the energy of your centre and the energy of Gaia.
Feel their communion.
And now,
Can you begin to activate and open this centre within you,
Beginning to spin this centre in a clockwise direction,
Creating a vortex within the centre,
A spinning vortex,
A momentum that goes round and round and down.
And as you bring all of your focus,
All of your focus,
All of your intention and awareness to creating this spinning vortex,
Can you feel it becoming larger and larger,
Consciously opening the doors between your body,
Between your being and Gaia?
And feel this vortex expanding and spinning,
Going down and down into Gaia herself,
Activating your centre,
Expanding it,
Creating an opening,
A momentum,
A doorway,
A portal,
Ready to receive.
And as you feel this vortex within you,
Begin to feel its magnetic pull,
Its power,
As it begins to magnetise it,
Towards it.
All of the threads of all of the information about you in all of your lifetimes from Gaia.
Feel these threads being recalled towards you by this extraordinary momentum,
This power of a vortex within your first energy centre.
Feel these droplets and threads of wisdom and wisdom magnetising back to you,
Becoming loosened from the depths of Gaia,
From her veins,
From her lungs,
From her body,
Scattered threads of wisdom and lives,
Becoming recalled back to you,
Being pulled and sucked and magnetised into the centre of this vortex within your first energy centre,
The portal at your perineum.
Feel this knowledge magnetising back to you.
Feel your ancient intelligence coming back to you.
Feel the wisdom of your ages,
The knowledge of your lives,
Your deaths,
Your relationships.
Feel the fragments of your bones,
Your blood,
Coming back to you,
Back to the first dimension within your being,
Spinning and magnetising within the momentum of this vortex.
Feeling all of these threads coming back,
Gathering,
Gathering themselves back to you.
Quantum information being recalled back to your first chakra.
Scattered emotions once lost being recalled back to you.
Fragments of other lives being recalled back to you.
Infinite intelligence gleaned from experiences being recalled back to you.
All karmic debt being recalled back to you.
Every single part and parcel,
Every single fibre and thread of who you are being recalled back to you.
And feel this centre within you,
Your first energy centre,
Filling and filling,
Becoming full and overflowing with the wholeness of your own being.
And now can you begin to breathe this energy,
This wisdom,
This wholeness through the invisible veins of your body in lemniscatic form,
The eternity of the figure of eight.
One loop,
The doorway at your perineum,
One loop,
The doorway at your crown and the knot of the eight in your heart.
Breathing this knowledge through the loops of the infinity symbol.
Breathing into the crown,
Breathing out to the perineum,
To the perineum,
Using your breath,
Your will,
Your imagination to flow and move this wisdom.
These parts of your being,
Your wholeness through your being,
Flowing this information round and round the loops of your invisible veins,
Feeding yourself,
Nourishing yourself,
Waking yourself up to this new wholeness within you.
A wholeness that will allow you to become part of the new earth,
As above,
So below,
The microcosm and the macrocosm.
As you become whole,
You feed Gaia that becomes whole.
As Gaia feeds you your wholeness,
You become whole,
The within and the without.
Invisible veins of light and wisdom,
And wisdom,
Breathing from your perineum to your crown and back again,
Using your breath to flow this information throughout your whole being.
And now,
Pausing within yourself,
Allowing all of the information that you have received and moved through your body and through your being to land in you.
Feeling these changes at the depths of your being,
Feeling the fibers of your being made whole and new.
And as you sit in this wholeness,
Feeling complete and the energy of it,
Can you feel Gaia beneath you,
Beneath you,
Whole and complete?
New earth below you,
New earth within you.
And taking your time,
Opening your eyes and looking around.
