Welcome to Mindful Eating Affirmations to Aid in a Positive and Healthy Relationship with Food with Sarah Nielsen.

I am going to provide you affirmations for you to repeat,

Ideally out loud or in your mind,

And these will aid and abed in a positive relationship with food.

As well as to engage in mindful eating.

So let's begin by finding a nice area to settle down in that's calm and quiet and inviting,

Free of distractions.

You may find yourself sitting or lying,

Whatever feels most comfortable for you.

Once you've found your spot,

Please make any body adjustments that you need to to try to maintain stillness for the duration of this experience to aid in further concentration.

If you do find that your mind wanders,

It's normal,

It's natural,

Gently bring it back with compassion right here to these mindful eating affirmations.

Feeling settled with your eyes closed.

And again,

You may repeat these in your mind.

I encourage you to repeat them out loud.
