This deeply restorative Yoga Nidra practice invites you to step out of the chatter of your mind and come home to your body. You will be guided in a way that is intended to invite a deep sense of relaxation in the body and awaken your innate healing within. Imagine it as the body dropping into power saving mode so your batteries can recharge. A deeply grounding practice to calm the nervous system including body scan, breath awareness and a play with opposites to bring a state of balance into the body. This practice can be especially useful if your mind feels busy, or you feel overwhelmed and/ or the world feels as though it is spinning too fast.
