Hey this is Sarah,
Today we're going to explore planning,
Scheduling and mixing it with momentum,
Magic and flow.
Different ways we can approach this.
Firstly let's try on the idea that often when we create or we dream,
Ideally we're coming from this unlimited unknown space which is totally inspiring and energising and all round delightful.
And then for some of us we get to the planning or the implementation and despite our best intentions it can be really overwhelming or it doesn't measure up to what we feel and sense is really there and available to us.
So planning comes from what we know that we know and that's fine,
That's great.
It's just a balance with implementing things that we know that we know in order to create a sense of momentum to allow the space for the things that we don't know to emerge,
To magnetise and to flow to us.
And of course scheduling and planning will look different at different times in our life or our cycle or where we're at and that's completely perfect.
So committing to showing up in aligned ways is really a key.
Now how do we fuse this system planning business with the juice of possibility?
I want you to imagine that structure of planning is like river banks and within it is the water,
The river flowing which is the magic,
The flow,
The possibility.
So if we had all flow and synchro without following through we may not materialise all these great things that are coming our way and wanting to be created.
So here's a few quick ways that can support you.
Number one,
Review your ideas,
Your projects or your goals and ask yourself do I feel called to delegate,
Replicate or terminate any of these?
What can you eliminate knowing that when you eliminate something and say no you're saying yes to something else?
Check to see if there's anything that you can streamline,
Any of your systems to maximise your efficiency.
Perhaps that's automating workflows,
Pre-scheduling things.
Allow yourself to receive more easeful pathways of doing things and also know that work and the way you work may not be the way you've previously worked or seen modelled to you in the past and that that may have a bearing on how you're defining what productive,
Easeful and effective aligned work looks like.
Number two,
Curb distractions.
So this could be putting your phone on flight mode or having a tech detox,
Greyscaling your phone,
Deleting certain apps or chunking your tasks.
Perhaps minimising how much email you use in a week or a day.
Maybe it's no emails before lunchtime to maximise your morning productivity flow.
When we reduce distractions we increase focus which is healthy for our brain,
It allows deeper flow state and greater spaciousness for intuitive guidance to emerge.
Number three,
Shift your frequency.
So simple ways to step forward towards this is meditation obviously and energy healing like working with a practitioner who supports your wellbeing and expansion,
Practising gratitude,
Having lots of time in nature,
Connecting with the earth,
Doing things that you enjoy.
Also being mindful of what you consume because that has an impact on your vibration.
So when I say consume,
Of course there's diet and water quality,
That's totally up to you to discern what's aligned for you.
But what I would say in addition to the phrase consume is when you're particularly maybe feeling a bit wobbly,
Think about what you're consuming in terms of information because this has an energetic and sensory input into you.
And consuming also means what spaces are you allowing yourself to spend time in.
And look if you're feeling strong and centred it's way easier and we're more resilient to show up in different spaces and not absorb what's around us.
But if you're feeling a bit wobbly just being mindful of what will support and nourish my frequency and what may deplete it.
So being in that question.
Number four,
Connect with your ideal collaborators,
Colleagues,
Clients.
Connect.
So feeling and knowing first,
Coming from the more unified space instead of from a pushing,
Separate,
There's so much to do.
What's your orientation in how you're approaching your planning,
Your scheduling,
Your workflow,
Your life organisation?
Because if it's always in opposition to something then that may get you different results to if it's in unity.
And you know when we connect into the feeling and knowing of the values and the infinite potential of what we want to call in,
Then this is a space where we're feeling due stuff and we can follow our inner guidance about how,
Where or who to connect to.
Step five,
Take inspired action.
So leading on from that,
You might have heard follow your highest excitement,
Follow your bliss.
Yeah.
And sometimes for our minds that can be challenging for some of us and particularly where we've got our material needs and our to-do list and it feels like they're stacking up and we're feeling overwhelmed.
So if that's you,
Just for fun,
Try on following your highest excitement in something that's less high stakes.
It could be in your free time tuning in.
Okay,
What feels like my highest excitement right now?
And know that inaction can be a form of action.
So you might get,
Have a nap,
You might get,
Sit under a tree,
Might get,
Go for a run,
Whatever that is.
The more you practise that,
The more you're cultivating deeper listening to your inner being,
Your heart,
Your soul.
And like anything,
With practise,
You'll strengthen those muscles.
And you know,
Funnily enough,
Our intuitive guidance,
As you probably may have experienced,
Can save us a bunch of time that our minds would have spent trying to figure it all out.
So being curious with yourself about how you place your ideas and goals in your mind,
In your schedule and with your energy investments.
Reducing distractions,
Increasing streamlines,
Strengthening those river beds in ways that are aligned for you so that you can allow more flow,
More synchronistic and more magic to pop in and acknowledge it when it does.
Absolutely.
Being aware of your frequency and finding aligned ways that support you will help you to build that capacity and create greater clarity when you're connecting in with others or with what you want to create.
And to really come from that win-win space.
And take inspired action.
And of course,
Sometimes this may totally defy logic,
But we've all had experiences where we've felt things,
A hunch that maybe doesn't fit with what our mind says or what seems 100% logical.
And then other times,
Our intuitive guidance or our inspired action is completely obvious.
I guess that's the mysteries of the universe.
Thank you so much.
I hope that you got value from our chat today and I look forward to connecting with you soon.
