Let's explore being,

Doing and having.

So start with being.

When I say being,

I'm referring to our vibrational state.

So our mental,

Physical,

Emotional and energetic state of being and how we generate that or create that from the inside out and how we're showing up in the world.

So for example,

You could think about say an angry teacher.

Who's in a hurry.

The way that they deliver their class is gonna be really different to a teacher who's enthusiastic and passionate about the subject and really eager to make sure everybody's included.

That doing is similar,

We could say it's teaching a class.

And the having is ideally having the students understand but how they're showing up in their beingness is completely different.

So when we apply this,

It's really good to think back on because we often go to our goals or our choices.

I would like a new car.

I would like a better job,

Whatever it is that's the having.

And then of course,

Many times we're taught to reverse engineer this.

And this is important because it does start with who are we being and is it a match?

So who am I being?

Is it aligned with what I want or what I wanna create?

And if not,

What's it gonna take for me to get in alignment with the having?

And understand that there is sometimes a lag time between our being,

Our doing and our having for creation to take its time to bring that to us.

So take some time to reflect on what are you doing to bring your thoughts,

Your emotions and your energy into alignment with what it is that you wanna create and what tweaks could you make?

A big one is what emotional state are you in?

Is it congruent?

How do you wanna feel when you have that having?

And really imagine it.

So we're gonna go into a process now.

Close down your eyes and let's work on,

Well,

Instead of work on,

Let's use the word play.

Play with something that you are gonna choose.

So closing down your eyes and asking yourself,

What is it that I'd like to create?

And just seeing what arises for you.

And imagine that that's at the end of a pathway.

You're on opposite sides of the pathway.

And then suddenly that pathway collapses and merges into the now.

How does it feel?

What's your physical reaction?

Does it feel exciting,

Clear,

Loving,

Warm,

Peaceful?

Who's there with you?

Where are you?

Engage your senses now.

What can you smell or touch or see?

And everyone has different senses,

Right?

So if that's not the way that you sense,

Maybe it's a knowing or a yet this feels like a knowing.

Maybe it's a knowing or a yet this feels right.

Don't negate your own way.

However you experience it is great.

And now reflect on what's my state of being right now as in now in the process.

What's it gonna take for me to more deeply anchor these feelings into my way of being?

And being that question,

And being that question,

You might get a feeling or word or activity.

And this is what you need to be.

And mentally affirming I'm allowing myself to receive this new state of beingness.

I allow myself to receive this new state of beingness.

Allow myself to receive this new state of beingness and allow your body to come online and do something that demonstrates this receptivity so it might be having your arms facing out or hugging yourself whatever feels expansive,

Receptive and then feel that feeling if it helps you to give it a word great feel it and now we're turning up the volume on it so if it's out of two imagine you're turning the volume up generate it from within you amplify the feeling and do the physical gesture that's in alignment that expands and solidifies your receptivity and let go and just relax and gently bring your awareness back into the space creating a smile if that feels aligned to you and allowing yourself to bask in the question or in the inquiry of what do I want to be not in the traditional sense in a state of being what state of being would I like to be in and in the process if something emerged for you like an action or words or something that helps you to get into that space at the moment and jot it down if that works to really track it and then to know that that's something that can help you to go there also the feeling that you generated in the process I encourage you to repeat that to solidify it and invite a smile to your face anchoring in your ideal state of being and enjoy being you
