Being, Doing & Having Part 3. Looking at the 'having' equation and the space we create from. How does that influence us and how can we recognise which orientation we are in so that we can create more consciously?

Let's explore the having part of being and doing and having.

So exploring having,

First we want to ground into our orientation.

And be aware of that.

Are we wanting to have something from a space of problem,

Fixing or inadequacy?

And if we are,

We're in a particular kind of orientation of not enoughness,

Lack,

There's something wrong.

Or are we wanting to create and have something for the joy and the alignment of creation?

So that's a really important thing to make a distinction on when we have a desire or something comes to us as a goal.

What part of us is wanting that to be created?

And is that in resonance with our being?

When we explore having,

We can't do that without looking at frequency and without looking at our mind,

Our emotions,

Our environment.

Where we surround ourselves,

Who we surround ourselves with,

The spaces we dwell in and how we navigate those spaces.

And then the impact they're going to have on our beingness and then the kinds of actions we're going to take and the kind of results we're going to have.

Of course,

Sometimes there is a real lag time in your being,

Doing and having,

Which can sometimes cause disheartening.

Like,

I'm being in alignment,

I'm doing the things and the results are just not happening.

And that's something I can relate to very much.

And there are oodles of factors that are different for different people.

So to make a broad comment on your particular circumstances isn't really going to work for this conversation.

However,

Doing an audit of the frequency,

The mind,

Emotions,

Energy,

Your environment,

The physical environment,

The people is a great place to look.

And looking at the principles of clearing and creating.

So sometimes we're trying to,

For example,

Create,

Let's pretend you're trying to create a masterpiece painting.

And you've got a canvas and the canvas actually already has five layers of paint and they're all different colours and you actually can't see anything.

And then you want to paint a masterpiece over the top of this canvas.

Well,

You've either got to thoroughly clean that canvas or that space that you want to create art on or undergo some kind of process of generating or shifting to a whole different way of being.

And this is where our relationship to the past,

Present and future comes in as well.

So like the past is the past because we keep dragging it along with us into the present or relating to ourselves as we know ourselves to be.

Or as we know others to be from the past of what our definition is for self or others or the world.

So loosening those and more being in the possibility and less fixed on how ourselves,

Others and the world is or isn't and what must or must not happen.

Because then what that's already putting blinkers or filters on about what is available for us to receive or for us to have.

And then thinking about frequency and clearing in really practical terms that might be clearing out your physical space,

Getting rid of old things.

Doing some kind of emotional or mental or physical cleanse,

If that's what you're called to do.

Everybody's different.

Essentially,

The principle of purifying or cleansing to make space for the new,

Just like if we were clearing off this canvas so that we could freshly create.

And we're not creating from our kind of try and move around on this canvas,

Even though none of those colors really work.

That's maybe kind of more in the problem orientation as opposed to cool.

I'm going to clear this off.

Okay.

Now,

What do I want to create on this canvas?

Different orientation,

Different way of being,

Different way of showing up and then allowing ourselves to consider what our relationship is with abundance and receiving.

And is it only limited?

Are we,

You know,

Where does your mind go when someone says abundance or receiving?

Does it go only to say a financial expression of that or does it go to wow.

There's all these facilities that I use every day that I take for granted.

Like I flush the toilet and there's water.

I turn the tap on.

I turn the light on.

I walk down the street and there's all these beautiful flowers blooming and clean air.

What are you banking?

What are you paying your attention to and observing of the abundance that is actually all around us?

Wow.

How many leaves are on that tree?

And practicing this and where does your state go into?

Do you go into a more beautiful state?

A more aligned state with what you really want to be and do.

And then do you notice you're having in maybe different areas of life,

Maybe not the areas you were overly focusing on,

But maybe the having is showing up in other areas where you have less resistance to it showing up or not showing up.

Let's close our eyes and take three deep breaths.

Inhaling,

Exhaling.

Inhaling,

Exhaling.

Inhaling and exhaling and bringing all of you into the now moment and acknowledging what you have.

Banking it.

Maybe a mental inventory.

You could say it out loud or see it as pictures or words or acknowledgement.

Bringing it front of mind.

Abstract things.

People in your life,

Health.

And from this space,

Allow yourself to be in the orientation of creating for the sake of creation and expansion.

And connect to your heart.

Listening to your heart and answering this question for yourself.

I now choose to create.

Dot,

Dot,

Dot.

And check in with your heart.

Does that feel light and expansive?

Does it feel a bit off or heavy or wobbly?

So if it's light and expansive.

We're going to move ahead.

If it's not,

Do the process again and pause the recording.

So that you can anchor into the orientation.

I'm choosing this.

Because.

And the cause can be because it's fun.

Because I want to learn how to play guitar because whatever it is.

And tune in.

Does that feel light and expansive?

Is it incoherence?

I allow myself.

To be in alignment.

With the thoughts,

Feelings,

Habits and behaviors.

Situations.

Circumstances.

That.

I can grow it with that which I want to create.

And I allow myself to make those shifts easily.

And see yourself embodying this shift and having it.

How are you going to celebrate?

And on the way there,

The little milestones,

If it's a large choice.

How are you going to celebrate on the way there?

Not that there's ever a there.

We're always,

Always arrived and always arriving.

How could you bring the spirit of celebration into what you have now?

And what you want to create?

And what attachment of when?

How?

Now go into the future.

We're in the future.

And you're telling somebody really special in your life about this new creation.

Where are you?

What are you going to tell them?

How's it feeling?

What's different?

What's similar?

What are your learnings?

What does future you want to say to present you?

Heed the learnings of future you.

Listen.

Allow that to fuse into you in the present now moment.

And as you're letting yourself receive this,

Just like the breath is giving and receiving you're receiving this from you.

Who are you being?

Just observing.

Are there any inspired or aligned actions?

That have been whispered to you.

Any nudges?

And what can you celebrate?

And putting your hands on your heart or in a prayer position or hugging yourself,

Whatever feels nurturing and loving and receptive.

Anchoring the feeling of this creation.

Of this aligned state of being,

Doing and having.
