Hello and welcome.
Find a comfortable position either seated or standing with your feet almost width apart.
If you are sitting you can lay your hands on your lap.
If you are standing just let your arms rest by your side and notice your back.
You might want to raise your chest ever so slightly so that your spine is straight,
Your head is straight looking in front.
You are grounding in this strength,
A position that it feels strong but comfortable.
So move in ways that make you feel that way,
Strong and comfortable.
Now when you found the position either seated or standing may you please close your eyes.
Now we're going to start with three deep and gentle breaths.
The same breaths I always begin my practices with.
Three,
This magical number that allows us to center and be open to receive what we need.
We're going to start with just one slow gentle breath in.
Nice and easy,
Good and release.
On the second breath I want you to notice your feet,
Put your mind's eye there and I want you to inhale from your feet from the ground.
This beautiful earth that holds you and sustains you.
Breathe in all the way inwards and then release back down to earth.
Okay,
Breathe in nice and slow and release all the way back down to earth.
Now on the third breath I want you with your mind's eye to connect to the space above on the top of your head,
Your crown.
Imagine yourself like a vase that is open to receive.
I want you to breathe from the earth all the way up and then on your exhale it's as if you're dragging down the energy from above,
Filling yourself up and then releasing what needs to be back down to earth.
Okay,
So nice and slow breath in from the earth all the way up and on the release you bring the air and the energy from above all the way through you.
Very good.
Now let your breath just settle but continue to have awareness of the space between your feet and the ground and your crown letting your breath with more intention flowing in and out connecting to these spaces.
Now we are going to clear your energy by way of words and intention.
You can either repeat them or just listen to me say them out loud.
I call back any energy that is mine that is stuck in other places in other times calling it back into this body.
I release any energy that is not mine releasing it back into the universe so it can be composted for the higher good of all.
Now again one nice and deep and gentle breath in and release.
Now with your mind's eye I want you to imagine and see your aura.
I want you to extend the energy field one arm's length in front of you,
Behind you,
Above you,
Below you,
To the left and to the right.
This container that is your auric field I want you to see it and fill it up with white light.
Now that you're feeling that your field is clear we're going to call upon your helpers.
Whatever these helpers may be whatever speaks to you I will say some words out loud.
You can listen to them,
Repeat them or add your own.
I call upon my angels,
My ascended masters,
My guardian angels,
My spiritual helpers of animals and of the unseen.
I call upon my ancestors known and unknown who watch over me with love.
May you fill this space around me,
May you protect me,
May you guide me.
And now to close this protective meditation I want you to say some words of affirmations of intention as a way to seal.
I am safe,
I am loved,
I am held,
I am protected.
And give yourself one nice again final breath in and out to seal this practice.
Breathe in and breathe out.
And when you are ready you can gently open your eyes and move through your day with strength joy and ease.
