So just relax into your experience.
Be with the presence of being.
In this moment,
If there's anything that you feel you have left unforgiven about yourself.
I want you to just be open.
To those things.
Peering.
You don't have to name them.
You don't have to give them a story.
They can be maybe subtle feelings.
When they arise,
I encourage you to smile at them.
Physically.
Doesn't have to be a full grain,
Doesn't have to be a.
.
.
A double teeth in.
As much as you feel is necessary.
Just.
.
.
A centimetre.
Grin is enough.
The millimetre grin.
If you look at a any depiction of the Buddha.
The Buddha has this millimetre grin.
This very subtle grin.
It's known as the grin of unbearable compassion.
I'm not going to sit here and tell you to forgive yourself.
Because you've already been forgiven.
There is nothing to forgive.
That is forgiveness.
So rest as you are with this grin of unbearable compassion.
And just know.
Experience.
Has already been given.
The ultimate freedom to exist.
And you are.
The one who has given permission.
For all things to take place completely as they are.
All experience appears to you.
Completely effortlessly.
Notice that effortlessness.
It's effortlessly happening.
And you are effortlessly welcoming.
Have no favourites.
Welcome all your experience.
Even if the experience of resistance arises,
Notice how effortlessly your resistance arose Notice that inherent in the experience of that resistance was an all-welcoming,
All-embracive yes to it appearing and effortless.
Yes.
So instead of resisting the resistance,
Just notice and recognize the effortless yes.
That which in you is so,
So loving,
So compassionate,
That it allowed for this resistance to appear.
It doesn't say no to anything.
It let this form of resistance arise.
Because.
.
.
It wants to see.
All things.
Doesn't want to.
Ignore anything.
Your being,
Our being is the resting ground.
For everything.
Every sight,
Sound,
Taste,
Colour,
Sensation.
That has entered,
So to speak,
Our awareness or that has arose from our awareness.
Has entered.
Its life,
And from the start to the end it finds itself birthed and created within us.
It deserves to be seen.
And if it wants to go,
We let it go.
But nothing can be let go of if we.
.
.
Keep holding on If we let it go and it wants to stay,
Then we let it stay.
We have no reason.
To do anything in particular.
With anything that we experience.
We're not trying to get something to stay to get some future benefit.
We're not trying to get something to go to get some future benefit.
We're also not trying to get things to stay or to go for some current benefit.
Maybe if I stay in this feeling,
I'll be happier for longer.
Maybe if this thing stays.
I will have a better life.
Maybe if this thing goes,
I will be happier quicker.
Maybe if this thing goes,
I will have a better life.
Awareness never says that.
Awareness says.
I am happy because.
.
.
Everything comes and everything goes at their own will.
And I give them that freedom.
Awareness says.
I am happy.
Because that is what I essentially am.
Therefore,
All things can come and go.
And I am never disturbed.
Witness your being.
Said yes.
To all of our mistakes.
It also said yes to every time we tried to correct them.
Awareness is.
A flexible yes.
It doesn't just say yes.
To yes,
But it also says yes to no.
Every time.
We have said no and stood our ground.
Awareness was the yes that enforced that to happen.
The no behind all injustice is empowered by a yes to justice.
And equally so when we're saying no to happiness.
Awareness is saying yes.
To suffering.
And in the yes to our suffering.
We find happiness.
As a body and the mind and an individual human experience.
We are.
Deepening.
The capacity.
For the power of our yes.
We are deepening the potential of things to say yes to.
Awareness or our true nature is in a perpetual movement towards greater yes,
Greater freedom.
On an individual level.
And all that path.
That continuous yes.
Must continuously say yes.
And the real yes is true forgiveness,
True compassion,
True love,
True understanding.
So on the relative level.
Whenever we come into contact.
With something that does not understand that.
That is when we say no.
The no is really never a no,
It's always a yes.
To the ultimate yes.
A yes to the ultimate freedom.
And on the relative year level.
The depth of that freedom is so deep.
That when something bounces off it like a ricochet it looks like no.
Because anything can happen.
That isn't.
In that,
Yes.
Will find itself eventually in that,
Yes,
In that freedom.
This is how we can take.
This.
Freedom even deeper.
Into our hearts.
What's often misunderstood about the.
.
.
Spiritual traditions.
The capacity we have.
And deepen this freedom.
As an autonomous.
Loving,
Compassionate human being.
And as an individual,
We are developing that autonomy.
The autonomy to be that freedom.
And to observe how that looks.
On the relative level.
Because the paradox lies.
How can I be?
This infinite loving all-welcoming yes to everything.
And somehow then,
On the relative level,
Still give the right course of action and correction to mistakes and judgment,
Condemnation,
Blame Shame Guilt.
Injustice.
Harm.
That happens on the relative level.
Quantify the appropriate response?
If I am this loving yes to everything,
Why then shouldn't I just say yes to all the injustice,
The blame,
The shame and suffering that is happening and just let it be there?
This is the fundamental nuance that we need to recognize,
That the yes we are is not the same yes that we give on a relative level.
The yes that we are is the infinite freedom of creation which says yes to life.
It's the yes that says something comes out of nothing.
It's magic.
So on the relative level.
The expression of that yes.
Is going to always be in the direction of freedom.
Therefore,
We have to take at some stage the truth into our own hands.
This is what we're learning here.
We're learning to take the truth into our own hands and to learn.
The wisdom of our true nature.
As an individual.
Experience.
Which means appropriating the relative responses that are necessary to bring greater freedom.
As an expression of ourself.
We must stand.
Have no shame.
In expressing our truth.
But we must then have a wisdom in knowing when it is important to express that truth.
Because just because it's our truth in the heart of hearts doesn't mean it's going to be beneficial.
In the relative world,
In given circumstances.
But what we can always know.
Is that when it comes to ourself,
On our own direct experience.
That anything we experience must be given the freedom to exist.
In that freedom.
There can be no resistance.
And when there is no resistance.
There is only harmony.
There is only coherence with.
The world.
This is why.
We see that when shown this freedom to exist,
Which we could call true compassion or forgiveness.
People change.
The reason people continue to suffer,
The reason people continue to judge,
Condemn,
Shame,
Guilt,
And blame themselves.
Is because they fundamentally believe that if someone really knew what they'd done,
If someone really knew who they were as an individual,
If someone knew that they'd done these terrible things.
That they would never be forgiven.
They've already given themselves a life sentence.
Or an eternal sentence.
This is why if we were to show.
.
.
Someone this level of true freedom and compassion,
That regardless of what they've done,
They're given the freedom to exist.
They change.
And the ones who don't.
We put them in a prison cell.
That's how this works.
You see?
We take appropriate actions.
We're not here to let people roam around and cause harm.
But we are here to show them the embodiment of the ultimate freedom.
That doesn't mean on the relative level that we don't take appropriate action.
It means we find the most efficient path.
This is the two ends of the spectrum we have to embody.
This is what we are developing,
Is that very wisdom.
It's an expression of love.
But it honors and owns.
The integrity of the truth.
And that integrity is always at the heart of our experience.
That truth is always at the heart of our experience.
We don't need to do anything to access it.
We are simply being that expression.
So let this meditation,
If anything,
Be a testament to our own good.
Individuality.
But also to a true devotion to our universality.
And two.
Integrating.
A deeper trust.
A deeper ability to Express.
Unapologetically.
A deeper compassion for others.
But a deeper yes.
To just it.
A deeper yes.
Executing on our wisdom.
But also.
A deeper understanding.
All that wisdom,
And when our truth may or may not be useful to be applied.
There are many paradoxes on this path and to the depth we understand them.
Is to the depth of our freedom.
Thank you.
