This Will Always Help You Find Your Way Home

We often struggle against the current of life, searching for a path of our own and overlooking the profound freedom of the present moment. In this meditation, Saja invites you to dissolve the illusion of separation and rest in the natural flow of existence, where nothing can hold you back or stand in your way. Not by trying to force your own will upon the world, but by simply shifting into a state of complete allowance, realizing that your true way has always been the universal way, perfectly supported, centerless, and already free.

I want you all to just notice this very natural, Normal allowing of your experience where It's almost like you kind of won. Things to be there. You kind of. . . You like that you can sense the world. You know, You like that you can hear sounds. You enjoy that you can feel the sensation of your bum on the chair, That you can. . . Relax. You notice that there's this sense of not just allowing, But the sense that I actually kind of like it. So you're kind of welcoming, You're in this natural welcoming. To your Home. Experience that means you're welcoming of. Every form of idea, Thought, Belief, Every itch, Every scratch. Every muscle that moves. You want. Everything to be exactly as it is. You want what everything else wants. You desire what everything else desires. Who feel the urge to. Get more comfortable, You, You, You like, I want that too. I like that. Let's do that. You see, You're naturally in this moment. Riding with the flow. You're not just. . . Embracing but you're moving with. You're allowing into you and you are the thing that is being allowed into you. You are going wherever you go. You are allowing the way. And while you are plowing the way. . . You see that Everywhere you go. Nothing holds you back. Whichever way you go. Nothing holds you back. Nothing's stopping you. You feel resistance? Nothing's stopping you. Notice that. When you are allowing the way, There is nothing stopping the way. And you notice that. No matter what we have experienced, We have never and could never stop the way. You'll notice that there is this Centellus. Experience that you're having. You may be having an experience on. The center of your being. Audi. But try and find the center. Where the body appears. You may feel like your head is the center. But notice that there is no center. Of where the head takes place. Who see that there is nothing. To hold you back because everything that you are experiencing is The way. Every movement, Every breath. Every sound is the way. And because everything is the way, You can never lose your way. You can never lose the way. You'll see that there's no. . . Distance between. Experience. Yourself. And away. You know you're present, But you do not know when. You experience bodily sensations. But those bodily sensations. They don't stand outside. The way. They don't stand outside being allowed inside. You notice everything is simply what it is. At the moment that it is. Everything instantly. Created. And deserve. Sensation of your head. The sensation of your body. It's all created. And dissolve the minute our attention moves somewhere else. Notice there is nothing in your experience. The limit. Nothing in your experience. Hold back. Could move, Could tarnish the way. Nothing. Gets in the way. Allow yourself to. . . Move with this freedom. What would it be like to live? With nothing getting in your way. What would it be like to live? Incomplete allowance of the way. What if the way was your way? What if your way was. . . Every way. What if all of your desires were everything's desires? What if all of your wills were everything's wills? What if all of your hopes. . . Was hoped by everything. What if everything wanted what you want, And what you want, Everything wants? What if everything is supporting? Your way. What if your way was supported by everything? Now notice this centerless experience of yourself. Is the experience of having. No personal way. Meaning no individual way. You've never had an individual way. You've only ever had. The Universal Way. Moving through the individual. Now, The only way it can seem something gets in the way. . . Is when we believe we are the individual. And when the individual arises. The way appears as though something is in the way. But it's not really in the way. The wager simply moves in a different way. The way seems to appear to move away. On the way. That's the individual creating a separate way. The individual wants to do it its way. I don't want the way, I want my way. What we notice when there is no individual on a fundamental level is that through our individuality, Meaning through our body-mind, We realize our true way. And that way is the way of everything. That is the universal will expressed through the individual. And when the universal expresses through the individual. It looks personal. Doesn't look like an absence. It looks like very personal things. It looks like very personal desires. Come back to this understanding. Whenever you can. And see that. Just because you are not an individual on an ultimate level doesn't mean that the universal doesn't express universal desires through individual experience. And once we see that, That's where we enjoy life. Because our way is the way of everything. Everything wants our way. Everything is the way. I'll leave you with a quote.
