Welcome to a journey with the Healing Grandmother Ancestors.

Close your eyes,

Beloved.

Let the world behind you soften,

Like dusk settling over a quiet valley.

Breathe.

Sink into the rhythm of your breath,

Ancient and eternal.

You are arriving,

Not just to this moment,

But to a place you have always known.

Buongiorno,

Figlia bella.

Welcome beautiful daughter.

We welcome you with open arms to our home,

To our table,

To the sacred land where our stories live.

We have waited lifetimes to hold you again.

Come andiamo,

Follow us now into the circle of remembering.

We walk toward a holy grove,

A grove woven of stars and earth,

Where silence speaks and the trees remember.

See a circle blooming around us,

A circle made not by hands,

But by spirit,

Time,

And love.

As we watch,

Rings of guardians take their places.

Standing in the outermost ring,

Tall and rooted,

Are the tree spirits.

Hazel,

Wise and whispering,

Olive,

Ancient and generous,

Horse chestnut,

Strong and sheltering.

And lemon,

Bright and cleansing.

They bend their branches in blessing.

In the next ring,

The animal spirits step forward,

Keepers of the wild,

Of instinct,

Of wonder,

Feathers,

Fur,

Scales,

And wings.

From the sky above,

Sicilian sparrow,

Joy bringer,

Honeybee,

Golden alchemist,

Swallowtail,

Winged dancer,

And dragon of Etna,

Flame of transformation.

From below the soil,

Snake,

Silent wisdom,

Fire salamander,

Living flame.

Sicilian shrew,

Sacred smallness,

And fire ant,

Fierce and focused.

From beside us,

Mountain wolf,

Protector,

Wildcat,

Watchful and sovereign,

Rock lobster,

Ancient navigator,

And seahorse,

Dreamer of tides.

And at the heart of the circle,

Our divine family gathers,

Guides,

Guardian angels,

Saints,

Wrapped in radiant light,

They enfold you in a blanket of incandescent love,

Warmth,

And grace.

You are held.

You are safe.

You are seen.

And now we journey.

Walk gently with us.

Feel the grasses sigh beneath your feet,

Soft and bright with morning blessings.

The sun kisses the top of your head,

Full of life,

Never harsh.

From below,

The earth hums to you,

A lullaby in your bones.

Breathe in.

The air is thick with memory.

Sweet basil,

Clearing rosemary,

Calming lavender,

Lemon blossoms,

Tomatoes on the vine.

Oaksmoke,

Curling from a fire,

All of it calls you home.

Hear the joyful buzzing of bees,

Hear the vines,

Everything here sings for you.

Pause.

What else speaks to you here?

Now open your hands.

Feel what the ancestors place in them.

Star dust,

Moonlight,

Ocean spray,

River's kiss,

Wind song tracing poems on your skin,

Warm ashes from a sacred fire.

Now listen closely.

The birds bring you messages,

Songs of love and longing.

Your throat stirs.

Ancient feline voices begin to vibrate within.

Honey touches your lips,

A gift from the bees,

Opening the gateways of your ancient voice.

Come now,

Join us at the table.

A feast is set,

Not just for your body,

But for all of us.

But for your spirit.

Sit.

Eat with us.

Laugh with us.

Let us nourish you.

You are not a guest.

You are family.

You are bone of our bone,

Soul of our soul.

You belong here.

We know you.

We've always known you.

And we love you.

We are your grandmothers.

We are your grandfathers,

Your bibi,

Your wise women,

Your strega.

Call us what you will.

We answer to truth.

We are firelight and ocean foam,

Root and rain,

Feather and fang.

Star and soil.

We are keys and doors.

We are the ones who remember.

We illuminate birth and death,

Loss and becoming.

We are vast.

Our hands stir the cauldron.

Our hearts sing the medicine.

Our voice is the voice within you.

We are love.

And our medicine is love.

Now breathe again.

Feel the sea wind find your face.

Let it enter your lungs and flow into your blood,

Turning your life into a river of light.

Your heart beats with the waves.

Love is the rhythm.

We hear your song.

We know the words.

We hum them now so you remember.

Let your throat open.

Let your voice rise clear and true.

Sing,

Filia mia,

Sing.

And now we rest.

Let the circle hold you.

Drift in the silence.

Float in our arms like the child you are.

We hold you as gently as the earth cradles the seed.

You are safe.

Open your heart.

Receive the messages of your ancestors in the hush between heartbeats.

Messages meant only for you.

Daughter,

It is time to return.

Carry the gifts of this circle in your heart.

They live in you now.

Like a favorite story,

Always waiting to be remembered.

And know this,

You may return to our grove at any time.

The circle lives in the marrow of your being.

We are always with you.

You are never alone.

With love and reverence,

We release the circle now.

Not into the air,

But into your heart.

We thank the ancestors,

All of the guardians,

And our divine family.

We bless you.

We bless all.

Come back now gently.

Return to your body.

Notice your heartbeat and the space around you.

As you rise softly back into the world,

May the heavens light your path.

May your hands plant goodness wherever they touch.

May the earth cradle your steps.

May your voice awaken the beauty in all sleeping hearts.

And may Maria,

Mother of all,

Veil you in starlight.

May she walk beside you with kindness and courage.

You are brave.

You are wise.

You are whole.

And you are beloved.

Welcome home,

Daughter.

Welcome home.

Welcome home.
