Welcome to your meditation with Osprey.
Start with taking three deep breaths in your own rhythm.
Fill up your lungs,
Fill up your belly,
And then slowly breathe out.
Last one,
Breathing in.
And just feel how the air goes in,
And then connect with the air going out.
Beautiful.
Take another breath in and slowly close your eyes.
Connect with your body and look for that comfortable and easy place to be in.
Feel how your shoulders are moving away from your ears.
And just connect with the sounds around you.
What are you hearing in your room?
What is happening around you?
And then slowly start to take this attention of outside your room to closer into your body.
Maybe you can pick up the heartbeat.
You can listen to the sound of your own breath and see how this is relaxing you even more.
Connect with your body and see if you can maybe move your body around,
Wiggle a little bit,
And find even one or two percent more ease in your meditation.
Slowly connect with your own rhythm and your own being.
Know that you are completely in charge and my words are just suggestions.
If they don't feel right,
Feel free to replace them with different words.
Try to follow my voice,
But if you start to journey on your own,
Know that you can use my voice to anchor yourself back into the meditation.
I envision you see this beautiful open water body.
Just imagine,
What are you seeing?
What does it look like?
You may see mountains.
You may see a lake.
Or you see the ocean and feel the wind moving the water in the ebb and flow.
You may see trees and grass.
Or you see sand and pebbles.
Just take a moment and envision your place.
Your beautiful place where there is lots of water.
Notice how this water is calming you down and bringing you ease.
You find a beautiful place to go sit.
It's comfortable to sit.
The temperature brings your body at ease.
You find this beautiful place to sit down where you feel supported,
Where you feel safe,
And where you're connected with beautiful nature.
Just be here and enjoy the environment that you have been invited to join.
Place your hands on your heart and connect with that heart center of yours.
Know how this beautiful center is filling up with love and kindness,
With nature healing,
With the knowledge that you are here in the right place at the right time.
And while you're sitting here comfortably,
You start to look up and you see this beautiful bird with this enormous wingspan gliding in the air.
You're looking up and you see the specific signature of the osprey.
It forms the letter M and it's gliding over the water body,
Looking and paying attention.
When it has noticed what it's looking for,
It dives down.
And it dives down with the feet first into the water.
And you can see it go in at high speed.
And it goes all the way in.
It's underwater for a moment and then it comes back up.
And flies and soars back really,
Really high.
Such a powerful thing to see and emerge in.
And you notice how that powerful energy is floating your way.
It's floating your way and it finds its way all the way into your heart center.
Sharing and lifting you up in strength and in knowledge.
Just take a moment and let that energy float in you.
And while you're sitting with this energy,
You feel how you're standing up.
How this energy is going into your body and into your arms.
And before you know it,
You spread out your own wings.
And set up to fly.
You take a few steps,
Use your wings.
And slowly,
Slowly you start to fly up higher and higher and higher.
Just take your time and enjoy how you're slowly getting up higher and higher and higher.
Really feel the support of the wind underneath your wings.
And while you're up in the air,
You connect with the osprey that is flying there.
And it's so nice to be out there together.
The osprey acknowledges you and the two of you fly together.
Over the water,
Over the trees,
Over the sand.
And you notice that your eyesight is getting sharper and sharper.
You're tapping into that beautiful osprey energy.
The osprey invites you to fly there where you would like to have a different view on the situation.
And before you know it,
You're flying over your own space.
Where you can see a different perspective of it all.
You recognize your place of living,
Your place of work.
You see some familiar faces of people being outside,
Your friends,
Your family.
And you're flying above it.
And without doing anyone any harm,
You get this vision to see for yourself how things are and how things you are interpreting at this moment.
You can see where you get stuck sometimes or where you need support.
And you should ask for it.
Just take a moment and be here in that space.
And notice that you're not flying by yourself.
You're flying together with the osprey.
And he's showing you how to look at things up close.
And then soar up high again to see different perspectives.
It's pointing out your resilience and your adaptability in the different places that you live your life.
You connect with the emotions.
And you start to notice that certain things are ready to let go.
And others are ready to enter in.
Together with the osprey,
You both fly to this beautiful,
Beautiful big tree.
And you go sit all the way in the top.
It's such a calm,
Calm feeling.
The osprey invites you to sit with the knowledge that you just have received.
And let it find its place in your heart.
In this place of you where you are open and have no judgments of what is.
You just love the situations as it is.
Or you can let go of the situation as is.
There is no need to make emotions higher or lower.
Just this acceptance of where you are right now means you are at the perfect place.
The two of you are sitting side by side.
And take a moment to ask the osprey any questions that you have at this moment.
Take a moment and just see if you can hear or see or feel anything specific coming your way.
It even might be a smell or a taste.
And then notice that you are feeling really complete and calm.
Together you set off from the tree and you glide into the air with your beautiful wings.
They feel strong and they feel supported.
You glide slowly down to the place that you started your journey.
You arrive there easily and comfortably.
And you take a moment to sit down.
To really digest all the knowledge,
Support and love that you just received.
You look up to say goodbye to the osprey that is high back in the sky.
And then slowly start getting up.
You start to reconnect with the chair that you are sitting in.
You feel your feet on your floor.
You start connecting with the sounds in your room.
And then take a deep breath in and slowly breathe out and open your eyes.
And welcome back.
