Heart Chakra,
Anahata.
The key to understanding love and compassion in animals.
Welcome.
My name is Renée.
As an animal communicator,
I've learned that our animals deeply feel and carry emotions,
Often mirroring what we are going through.
They are sensitive,
Intuitive being and their energy systems,
Like ours,
Can become imbalanced through life experiences.
The Heart Chakra is the center of love,
Trust and connection.
When it's out of balance,
Our animals may struggle to bond,
Feel safe,
Or open themselves to the love they deserve.
I've seen how emotional wounds,
Even from long ago,
Can quietly shape how an animal moves through the world.
And how loving awareness and intentional healing can transform that.
That's why I'm sharing this with you.
Because when we understand and support our pet's energy,
We open our hearts more fully.
Healing becomes a shared journey that holds the promise of transformation.
And the bond between you and your animal grows into something even more beautiful and peaceful.
And soul-connected.
Where to find the Heart Chakra is in the center of your pet's chest,
Right over the heart space.
In animals,
This point lays between the front legs,
In the middle of the chest.
You can gently rest your hand there to feel the warmth of your breath and the heartbeat,
Where emotional energy flows most clearly.
This is the chakra of unconditional love,
Compassion,
Forgiveness,
Trust and emotional connection.
It governs not just how your pet receives love,
But also how they give it.
You wonder what's unique about the Heart Chakra in animals.
Well,
Animals are natural heartbeats.
They don't judge or overthink.
They simply love fully and openly.
Their love is a beautiful reminder of the simplicity and purity of love.
Inspiring us to love more openly and fully.
What's beautiful about animals is that they often try to stay open,
Even through pain.
But suppose the emotional hurt is deep enough.
In that case,
Their Heart Chakra may begin to close or go out of balance,
Creating fear,
Defensiveness or disconnection.
And unlike us,
They don't hold grudges,
But remember how they were made to feel.
Their Heart Chakra imprints every experience they've had with love or lack thereof.
Is there a difference from the human Heart Chakra?
Well,
Yes and no.
The function of the Heart Chakra is the same in both species.
To give and receive love,
To feel safe in connection and to trust.
But humans often overcomplicate love,
Placing expectations and judgments and conditions on it.
Animals love in the moment,
From their soul.
Their Heart Chakra is usually more sensitive,
Pure,
And affected by energy,
More than words.
So while we may struggle with emotional stories or self-worth,
Animals simply sense.
Am I safe here?
Is this real love?
Can I open myself again?
And that's where healing presence becomes.
A bridge from you to your pet.
So let's have a look how to work with the Heart Chakra in your pet.
There is this heart-to-heart connection and you can establish it in this way.
Sit quietly with your pet and place one or both hands on their chest.
If you only place one hand,
Place a hand on your own heart and breathe deeply.
Imagine a soft,
Warm and radiant green light expanding between you both.
Connecting your heart to your pet's heart.
This isn't just visualizing,
It's energetic truth.
You and your animal are always connected through love.
You can do this exercise every day for five minutes or whenever you feel inspired to.
Another exercise you can take.
Gentle touch and soothing words.
Here comes the power of the stroke.
So stroke them with intention.
Slow,
Loving,
And present.
Speak gently.
You are safe.
You are loved.
Thank you for trusting me.
I'm so grateful you're in my life.
Your tone carries vibrations straight into their heart.
Love doesn't need fixing.
It needs space to feel safe again.
To open up those beautiful love lines.
Of course,
Through meditation.
If you like,
You can connect with one of the meditations in my playlist.
In your healing practice with meditation,
Focus on sending compassion to your animal,
Especially if they're experiencing trauma.
Picture a field of green grass.
A field of soft green surrounding them.
You don't need to do it.
You just need to be fully present and loving them.
And just feel into what practice suits you and your animal.
As we know,
All days are different.
So all practices can be different.
All animals are different.
And all humans are different.
As always,
Comfort is key.
Just to give you a little bit of knowledge of signs so that you can read when your animal is communicating with you.
So signs that the heart chakra is out of balance.
Emotionally wounded or closed off pets may show this.
Difficulties bonding or forming trust.
Jealousy when other pets or humans receive affection.
Avoidance of touch or eye contact.
Clinginess or overly dependence.
Defensiveness or protectiveness of their heart area.
Fear of being left alone or abandoned.
And seeing numb or shut down emotionally.
They may have learned to guard their heart out of past pain or trauma.
Not because they don't want to love.
Because they're not sure if love is safe.
Take all the time you need to really observe your animal to see what it is that they are communicating with you.
Signs if that the heart chakra is in balance.
So when you work energetically with your pet,
There is going to be a shift.
So these are some signs that you can pay attention to.
When your heart chakra of your pet is open and balanced,
They are affectionist and open to connection.
Trusting and emotionally present.
Peaceful,
Gentle and loving in energy.
Able to both give and receive love.
Content in their own space without fear of being abandoned.
And calmly present to those around them.
Their energy becomes soft and radiant.
And you can feel it.
Just being around them brings peace,
Connection and emotionally balance.
I remember when my beautiful dog Bella came to into our lives.
She spent a lot of time of her life in shelters or with different families.
So she wasn't sure when she arrived in our home.
She spent a lot of time in a different room than we were.
And she slowly,
Slowly started to connect with us.
It was really beautiful to spend time with her and to really notice what she needed.
To flow the energy,
So to speak.
What is she showing me?
Where do we want to go?
I worked with her on all the different chakras.
And slowly we started building this connection.
And at the end we would just sit together and just be.
And she wasn't a big cuddler.
She never became one.
But she was very happy to be in the same place or have a nap where I was sitting.
Our animals also have their own personality.
And some dogs are real cuddlers and others are not.
And it is all fine.
If you look at the signs you can really clearly see when everything is in balance.
And that will really have benefits of working with the heart chakra for you as well.
For you it brings a deeper soul level bond with your animal.
Healing your own heart by offering unconditional love.
Becoming a safe space of love not just for your pet but also for yourself.
And learning how to love gently without needing to fix or force anything.
And for your pet it's offering healing from emotional trauma or fear.
Greater sense of safety and emotional stability.
A deeper connection to you and their surroundings.
Reduced fear-based behavior.
Aggression,
Withdrawal,
Over-attachment.
And a more peaceful and open-hearted way of being.
The heart chakra is a bridge between the physical and the spiritual.
Healing happens effortlessly when you and your animal meet in the space of unconditional love.
And always remember,
And this is for you and your pet,
You are loved and you bring love.
Thank you for being here.
I'm so grateful.
And if you like to connect with the meditation,
Feel free to sort of look at my playlist of the heart chakra meditation.
You will also find the other chakras there if you feel like playing a little bit more.
For now,
Thank you.
And I'm sending you many,
Many lovely good blessings.
