This is a simple box breathing guided meditation for children.

In this meditation I invite you to visualize drawing a box as we breathe.

You can draw a box in the air or on your leg to help guide you.

Inhale,

Draw a line up the box,

Exhale,

Draw a line across the box.

Inhale,

Draw a line down,

Exhale,

Draw a line across.

One more time,

Inhale up,

Exhale across,

Inhale down,

Exhale across.
