So just getting nice and comfortable in your seat or in your space and closing down through your eyes.

If your body needs it,

Maybe you want to take some little stretches of the neck or some movements of your torso,

Your chest.

Maybe you want to pull your shoulders back and open your heart.

See if you can relax and soften your belly,

If you can tend to hold it in all day long.

See if you can release any tension there.

And as we take the next few breaths,

As you exhale,

Imagine yourself releasing the activities of your day,

Releasing any thoughts that have been whirling around in your mind,

Releasing any situations that are causing you stress.

So let's take a deep,

Full breath in the nose and a long breath out the mouth.

Two more deep breaths in.

Let it go.

One more inhale.

This time,

Let it out with a nice big sigh.

Ah.

And then gently sealing your lips and letting the breath float freely in and out your nose.

Feeling your body start to relax.

Imagining your awareness,

Your consciousness,

Descending down from your mind and into your heart.

And then see if you can visualize,

Imagine,

Or feel windows or doors at your heart space.

Slowly starting to open.

Maybe imagining like a bedroom in the morning where you're opening the shutters or opening the blinds or opening the curtains.

And the light of the day is starting to pour in.

So opening these shutters or curtains or windows to your heart and feeling the light of love begin to enter your heart.

Taking a few breaths here,

Fully receiving this light,

Fully receiving this love,

The light of love.

And then as you do this,

Picture yourself sitting in a space that you love,

A space where you feel safe.

Maybe it's an area in your home.

Maybe it's a place outside in a garden.

And sitting in front of you is someone who loves you.

Someone who loves you so much.

So maybe it's your partner,

Your lover.

Maybe it's a parent,

A best friend.

Or anyone else who deeply,

Deeply loves you.

So this person is sitting in front of you in this space where you feel so safe.

And imagine now magic fairy dust sprinkles down upon the both of you.

And you switch bodies.

So you're now in the body of the person who loves you.

And you're looking at yourself through their eyes.

So you're looking at your own body,

At your own face.

You're seeing your own energy through the eyes of this person in your life who loves you.

So seeing yourself through their eyes,

What do they see?

How would they describe you?

What is their favorite quality of yours?

How do they see and experience your face,

Your body?

What parts of your body do they love?

Seeing yourself through their eyes,

What do they see?

And in your visualization,

Perhaps you're actually speaking these words to yourself,

To your own body.

So you're speaking them from the lips of this person who loves you,

At your body.

And as you speak this,

Feel these words physically land in your body.

How do they feel?

These words of love,

How do they feel as they hit and enter your body?

What sensations do you experience?

And so letting yourself integrate all of this.

What do they see?

What is their favorite quality of yours?

What do they see in your face,

In your body?

What is their favorite part of your face or your body?

And how would they describe you?

Integrating all of this,

Letting it all land deeply in your body.

And in your visualization,

Giving yourself,

Giving your body a hug from your place in the body of this person who loves you.

Receiving that hug,

Receiving all of that love.

And when you feel complete,

Feeling yourselves switch back into your own bodies.

Wiggling your fingers and your toes within your own body.

Feeling these new sensations in your body.

Maybe you want to move a little bit within your own body.

Feeling this deeper sense of love integrated inside you.

Let's take a deep breath in the nose.

And a long sigh out.

Maybe stretching your arms overhead,

Giving yourself a big,

Big stretch.

And when you're ready,

Gently opening your eyes.

And maybe after we hop off the call,

You want to journal out what those things this beautiful person saw in you were.

And if you have glasses,

Maybe you want to rename them your self-love glasses.

And whenever you put them on,

You see yourself through the eyes of love.
