Hello Radiant Goddess,
I invite you to set yourself up in a space where you feel super comfy,
Where you feel super connected to the Goddess within you.
Let your space feel like your temple,
A temple fit for a Goddess.
You can be lying down,
Luxuriating in rest.
You can be sitting up on a beautiful plush cushion.
You can be sitting upright on a chair with your feet grounding into the earth.
Whatever feels most delicious,
Luxurious,
Comfortable,
Expansive,
Whatever activates your Goddess the most.
Settling into your space,
And together taking a deep breath in through the nose,
Expanding your heart and your belly,
And exhale out your mouth,
Let it out.
Again,
Inhale,
This time with a sound,
With a sigh,
Let it out.
With your eyes closed now,
I invite you to visualize your highest,
Most Goddess-ant,
Radiant version of you.
The version of you that radiates deep,
Expansive worthiness.
The version of you that is so in love with herself.
The version of you that oozes confidence,
Fearlessness.
The version of you that knows she is worthy of all her desires and more.
I invite you to get really inquisitive about who this version of you is.
What does she wear?
What materials does she choose to adorn her body with?
What materials feel good on her skin?
How does she wake up?
How does she get out of bed?
How does she get ready to interact with the world?
What does her morning look like?
What foods does she choose to nourish her body,
Her temple with?
What foods does she choose not to consume?
What substances does she choose to consume or to not consume?
How does she interact with the world,
With the people in her life,
With her loved ones,
With acquaintances,
With strangers?
What energy does she radiate as soon as she walks into a room?
What do others feel in her presence?
How does she choose to live her purpose in the world?
How does she invite pleasure into her day?
How does she love herself?
How does she touch herself?
How does she move her body?
How does she breathe into her body?
What activities does she fill her day with?
What sort of work does she do,
Does she offer to the world?
What relationships does she have?
What are her desires?
Now I invite you to see this most radiant goddess version of you sitting in front of you.
Looking into her sparkling eyes,
She is so radiant.
She is so beautiful.
She's surrounded in a golden orb of light.
It's almost as if sun shines out from every pore on the surface of her skin.
She is shimmering,
Glistening,
Glowing.
See,
Visualize,
Feel her in all her exquisite detail.
How do you feel in her presence?
How do you feel when you look into her eyes?
You both gently lift up one of your hands and your fingertips meet.
From this point of contact,
She begins to permeate,
Ripple,
Dissolve into you.
Her radiance,
Her glow,
Her shine working its way up from your fingertips,
Up your fingers,
The back of your hand,
The palm of your hand,
Up your wrist,
Your arm,
Your shoulder.
Your entire arm now sparkling in golden light.
Her energy continues to creep up to your heart,
Down your other arm,
All the way down to your fingertips on the other side.
The sparkling,
Radiant,
Shimmering,
Golden goddess energy swelling from your heart,
Traveling up your throat,
Your neck,
Your face,
Your cheeks,
Your skull,
Your head,
Your crown.
Your eyes now glistening,
Gleaming,
Just as hers.
This shimmering,
Glistening,
Golden,
Radiant goddess energy shining down out of your heart,
Flowing down your belly,
Igniting your womb,
Down your pelvis,
Your yoni,
Your thighs,
Your knees,
Your calves,
Your ankles,
All the way down to your toes.
Still sitting in front of you,
As you begin to breathe,
Her essence continues to permeate into you.
With every inhale,
You feel her melting into you.
Her radiant goddess essence igniting within you.
Slowly,
This goddess before you begins to disappear,
As she dissolves into you.
Your entire body now sparkling,
Glistening,
Shimmering in golden goddess essence.
You feel the infinite worth begin to well up inside you.
Your confidence glowing and growing.
Your self love oozing out of your heart.
Grounded in your most radiant goddess essence.
Your highest self.
You are a goddess.
You are the most goddescent version of you.
You are shining and shimmering,
Glistening and glowing.
Self worth oozing out of every pore on your skin.
You know you are worthy of everything you desire and more.
Self love ripples out of you.
Confidence shining out from your solar plexus.
Choosing to stay as this version of you for the rest of your day.
Choosing to emit this goddescent frequency.
Choosing the way others feel in your presence.
And whenever you need a reminder of this goddess within you,
