Welcome to your Taurus meditation.
This meditation will take you through a calming guided walk in a forest that feels supported and nourishing.
We're going to be tuning into the healing medicine of nature and root into our sense of self-care with a little help of earth magic.
This meditation can be done sitting up with your back supported or laying down,
Or if you already find yourself outside in nature,
You are well on your way,
Babe,
Well on your way to connecting with the magic of Taurus.
Let's settle in with a few deep breaths together.
Take a nice deep breath in through your nose and sigh it out.
Another long,
Deep breath in and slowly release,
Relaxing your face,
Your eyebrows,
Dropping your shoulders,
Unclench your jaw.
One more time,
Another inhale,
Your biggest breath of the day so far,
Hold it at the top and audibly exhale and let go.
Yes,
We're coming back home to ourselves,
Coming back home to our bodies,
Settling into the rhythm of our breathing,
Our chest is rising and falling.
Imagine yourself in your comfiest clothes,
Wrapped up,
Feeling warm and secure.
The soft material is making you feel cozy and relaxed,
And with your favorite hot beverage,
You step outside,
Ready for a nature walk.
The air has a crisp to it,
But it feels comfortably cool.
Spring is here.
The clouds shift to reveal the sun and its rays are beaming down.
You turn towards it,
Towards the sun's warmth,
Feeling its life-giving heat on your face.
You pause for a moment and with closed eyes,
Take a deep breath in and exhale.
Feels good to be outside.
You continue to walk your path,
And in the distance,
You see an enchanted forest up ahead.
Tall trees are surrounding the entrance.
The leaves of aspen are fluttering above,
Dancing with glee,
So happy to see you.
And large pine trees are inviting you in with their lazy sways of branches.
A few songbirds beckon you to join them in the distance.
Nature's invitation is always a welcoming presence,
And has been waiting to spend time with you.
You feel a magical humming as you cross through the threshold of the trees,
Entering into a safe grove.
An enchanted,
Timeless,
Protected,
Natural space just for you.
Take a look around,
What do you see?
Take a nice long breath in,
And relax.
The soil is damp beneath your feet,
Fertile and alive.
You bend down and scoop some dirt,
Sifting it through your fingers,
Grounding you even more into the environment.
The connection to the wild woods is opening up around you.
You beautiful,
Complex creature are feeling right at home.
This forest is awake,
It's alive,
Nourished with magic and healing powers,
All tuning in to you.
Breathe in,
And release.
As you walk through the grove,
You can feel the trees slowly breathing in and out,
A natural ebb and flow that feels calming,
Connected,
And true.
Every tree deserves to be here,
You deserve to be here.
Just like the trees,
You can take up the space you need without question,
And share the rest,
Creating a delicate ecosystem of support,
Beauty,
And peace.
Take a sip of your beverage,
Hydrating yourself.
Breathe in the magic,
And breathe out.
Your intuitive knowing is opening up.
Up ahead,
You see your favorite spring flower in bloom,
And the flowers are leaning towards you like they're trying to get your attention.
Cute little things.
You bend down to inspect its petals.
The petals feel soft.
Breathe in the scent,
Something so sweet and familiar,
Calming your nerves and settling into your heart.
You pluck a few stems,
Saying thank you to the plant for its beauty,
And bring them along with you.
The sunlight filters through,
Speckles of light dance with the shadows through the branches of the trees.
You hear a stream in the distance,
A sweet breeze of wind caresses you as you move by.
Take a long,
Deep breath in,
And sigh it out.
You smile to yourself.
Everything is in balance,
Provided for and nurtured in this place.
Its beauty is reflected within you,
And a feeling of ease washes over you.
This sacred space is encouraging you to open up,
To feel into yourself.
You are enough just as you are right now,
In this moment,
However you are.
Just like nature,
You can be messy and beautiful all at once.
Perfection doesn't exist.
Just as the light balances the shadow,
We can give ourselves the permission to ebb and flow too.
You're human,
You're nature,
You're a complex,
Creative,
Beautiful creature,
And your uniqueness and who you are in this moment right now is a gift.
As you move deeper through the forest,
It opens up to a small,
Peaceful meadow.
The long grass sways and the clouds pass by lazily,
Revealing the warmth of the sun that hugs you again.
You may remember this meadow,
A sacred place you've visited before.
You feel safe,
At home.
Other parts of you may be here too,
Hanging out and relaxing in the beauty of it all.
Some wave to you,
Others smile back.
You're coming back home to yourself.
Take a loving breath in,
And sigh it out.
And in the middle of the meadow is a huge cherry blossom tree.
As you make your way over,
You marvel at its height.
It's magnificent.
Ever-reaching branches twirling outward,
Covered in thousands upon thousands of small,
Supple blossoms in pink hues.
Deep and rich,
Light and floral,
It's feminine,
It's flowering,
It's flowing,
Swaying in the wind carrying its pleasuring scent.
The presence of this elder tree holds strength and wisdom.
At its grandiose trunk is an intricate,
Organic wooden throne.
The roots of the elder cherry blossom have woven together a special,
Cradled seat just for you to retreat into.
Take a seat on your throne.
There's even a little wooden vase to hold your favorite flowers and to set down your warm beverage right next to you.
Take a deep breath in,
Lengthening your spine and allowing yourself to get comfortable in your throne.
Your relaxed legs,
Feet on the ground,
Place your hands facing down or cup them together in a comfortable position as we are turning our focus inward.
The elder blossom tree,
Your throne,
Has sturdy,
Deep roots.
Roots that are chambers of growth and wisdom and power.
You are feeling your own roots reach out and intertwine with them.
Inhale,
Your roots move deeper into the fertile soil and start to expand throughout the meadow.
And exhale.
You're connecting to Earth's potent magic,
Forest green,
Emerald,
Mossy,
Vibrant magic.
Connecting to the divine.
You are able to feel the wellspring of life through your roots,
Life-giving and life-sustaining energy grounded within the force of our beautiful planet.
Earth magic is a regenerative cycle.
Sitting on your throne,
Think of what you need to expose and let go of,
What you need to release.
Allow it to be absorbed into the soil so it can then be reproduced into nutrients for new growth.
We know this cycle,
We're a part of this cycle.
So inhale nutritious power pumping up through your roots and into your body and release what is not serving you,
What needs to be recycled and what is dead and gone.
Visualize this cycle and keep breathing.
You're opening up,
New vitality and growth are coming in.
This healing earth magic is stimulating your body,
Being absorbed into your cells and into your systems,
All the while releasing and fleshing out what is old and stagnant.
You are one,
Breathing in and out with the elder cherry blossom.
Down from the depths,
Ancient wisdom is flowing into you.
Trust,
Trust you are divinely supported and connected.
Trust nature and your deep connection with it.
With patience and practice,
Answers continue to be revealed.
More vibrant,
Luscious earth magic is being soaked up,
Wholesome and passionate,
Giving pleasure to your creative spirit.
A smile forms on your lips,
Knowing that these roots,
This throne is here to stay and it's time to call in play.
Liberated and spacious,
Lighter,
Happier,
Fully restored and revitalized,
Deeply rooted,
You are able to rise.
What a beautiful day to be alive.
Now bring your hands to your heart center and repeat after me out loud or within.
I am nourished.
I am resourceful.
I have permission to take up space.
I can sway with the changes in my day because I'm deeply rooted and taking care of myself.
I will ask for help when I need it.
I am listening to my body and my needs.
I continue to stay open to where my heart's desires lead me.
