I Choose How I Feel Today Morning Mantra

This is a morning mantra to start the momentum of the day by choosing how I feel. This is an opportunity to shift from the vibration of yesterday's disappointing moments and failures to start the day with a new magnificent me in this new NOW. I choose how I get to feel TODAY.

Good morning and welcome to your morning mantra.

I like to start my day with a morning mantra,

Just something to start the motivation,

To start the momentum,

To start the ball rolling for my new day with a new feeling,

Or maybe the same feeling but enhanced with a mantra.

I usually do this as I make my bed in the morning.

You're welcome to do this laying down,

Seated,

While walking,

While driving into work.

This is safe to do at any time.

Just do it with feeling and almost as though the words are coming from your heart.

Today's morning mantra.

Today I get to choose how I feel in each moment.

No matter how much contrast I have experienced in my past,

My future is an open slate of opportunity.

I'm not defined by my past habits.

I'm not defined by my past failures.

I am magnificent me.

I'm not how others may have treated me.

I am only who I think I am in this moment today.

I am only how I respond,

Act,

And show up,

And think in this new now,

Today.
