This is a guided meditation to help calm your body,

Clear your mind,

But also if you feel connected to do so,

To find your spirit guide,

Guardian angel,

Ancestor,

Or a message that the universe wants to share with you.

So go ahead and get into a nice meditative position.

This one's best done lying down or in a comfortable chair,

Just in case you want to,

Just in case you fall asleep.

Take a nice deep cleansing breath in and let it out,

Releasing tension in your face and jaw.

Taking another deep breath,

Relaxing the muscles in the throat and chest,

Releasing any tension in the shoulders or arms as you allow your mind to settle into a quiet space,

Letting yourself go within and just focusing on the breath.

Feeling the cool air coming in through the nose as you breathe in and feeling the warm air coming out as you breathe out,

Allowing the stomach to relax,

Letting those muscles that we might be tensing,

Let them relax for now,

Feeling the weight of your body on your seat or on the bed as you breathe in and out,

Just allowing yourself to be open to this moment of peace.

Perhaps you hear the birds around you or a soft breeze on your skin,

Or maybe you hear nothing at all,

Just allowing those sensations to happen as you settle more and more into your space,

Allowing thoughts to drift,

Drift past you as you breathe in and out,

Feeling softer and calmer with each breath,

And just allowing the weight of your body to be fully supported on the bed or cushion that you're on,

Feeling safe and secure in the space,

And more and more relaxed as you breathe in and out.

Now imagine if you want,

Stepping into a beautiful garden full of all types of flowers,

Roses,

Daisies,

Gardenias,

Tulips,

Any flower of all colors and blooms.

The leaves on the bushes are various shades of green and the grass beneath your feet is soft and cool.

Tall trees surround this garden and a breeze of fragrant air rustles the leaves.

Just continue to breathe in and out.

Looking further into the garden,

You find a cobblestone path and decide to walk on it.

The smooth stones warm your feet and they tingle with the loving grounding energy of Mother Earth.

Butterflies brush past you on this path,

Their wings vibrant with different hues.

Birds sing in the trees and several animals make their presence known to you.

The energy of these beings invite you to move further into the space and with each step down the path,

You are filled with calm and serenity.

Up ahead,

You notice a gazebo sitting upon a small hill.

A gentle stream flows around it.

The worn path leads you to the edge of the stream and you cool your feet in its clear shining waters.

The water babbles over the rocks and weeds.

Fish wiggle past your feet in dazzling sparkling colors.

The sun warms your skin as it shines down on you from a perfect blue sky.

Feeling refreshed from the stream,

You see a wooden bridge just a few feet away.

It goes over the water and connects to the gazebo.

You walk over to the bridge and it is entwined with delicate green vines and flowers that smell sweet.

They wind all the way across the bridge and grow onto the gazebo.

With each step you begin to feel great joy and love.

Inside the gazebo there is a bench to sit on.

You are captivated by your surroundings.

The sky,

The flowers,

The trees and birds.

It makes you feel relaxed and at ease.

Maybe it's the sound of bells,

A warm tingling sensation or a flash of light that grabs your attention.

Yet the sensation is followed by the feeling of reconnecting with your best,

Most dearest friends.

They look just as you remembered and they welcome you in this space with a gentle warmth that you have known all your life but have been missing.

Reconnect with your loving guardian angels now and guides.

Be excited with them or still.

You can ask them their names and if they have any messages for you.

Just be open to hearing,

Sensing or feeling their answers.

Trust your intuition in this moment and receive.

There is no right or wrong in this space,

Only loving support.

Thank your angels that came forward and send the love and joy they send to you back to them.

They appreciate that just as much as we do.

You can say to yourself,

I am filled with so much gratitude and joy.

Thank you for all that you guide me through.

Crossing back over the bridge now,

Feeling tranquil from your experience.

Even as you leave this space,

You know they are still by your side.

Stepping back onto the smooth cobblestone path,

You are filled with a new sense of purpose and direction.

You are supported on this journey.

Taking in the flowers around you,

You now understand that they are your beautiful resources,

Wonderful ideas or moments that can blossom into a gift from your angels,

Your guides,

Just filling you with love.

Remembering this lovely and loving space and all the messages that were shared.

You begin to come back to your physical world,

Coming back into your body,

Feeling the sensations of your body as you breathe in and out.

Feeling your body as it moves with your breath,

Your heart beating and giving thanks once again for this moment.

Remember when you are ready,

You may open your eyes.
