Zen meditation helps us to focus on our breathing and leave our minds blank.

While we reach with this,

As we level the stress and be focused on the now and the present moment.

In my book,

I say that you can count until a hungry or if you cannot do it until a hungry,

Only until 50.

Here,

For the time,

Only we count until 10.

I ask you now to sit or lay down in a comfortable position.

Can be in bed or on the floor.

You can do it with your eyes open or closed.

We start relaxing with a strong breath.

Inhaling through the nose,

Holding the air and exhaling slowly by mouth.

Now we start.

Inhaling through the nose,

Holding the air,

Exhaling slowly by mouth.

Inhaling,

Hold,

Exhaling slowly.

Inhaling,

Hold,

Exhaling.

Now that you are relaxed,

We begin with the Zen meditation.

You inhale slowly through the nose,

Taking the air to the diaphragm,

Holding the air and then exhaling slowly through the nose,

Counting until 10.

We start now.

Inhaling and feel the air,

Feeling all the diaphragm.

Now exhale slowly and we count.
