Welcome to the forgiveness meditation.
Forgiveness is an important part in the healing process of the body,
Mind and spirit,
Which leads to the unity of the body with the I AM,
To the peace that will be determined and lasting,
To the knowledge that was lost and to the realization of being.
Let's begin taking a few big breaths.
Now with each breathing inhaling counting until 4,

Hold,

Exhale,

Repeat one more time inhaling 3,

Hold,

Exhaling,
Letting go,
All the negativity,
Counting,
2,
1.
Now that you breathing is more kind,
Go straight into your heart and start to forgive yourself,
Everything that you need to forgive and you haven't done yet.
Remember that God already forgiven you and for him everything is forgiven and forbidden,
For you it is too.
Now begin to forgive all those you have not forgiven yet.
Remember that in the spirit all the problems,
All the jealousy,
The envy don't exist.
And when we go there we have to realize that whatever we do here doesn't matter anymore.
Forgiving yourself and forgiving others help you to clean everything that has you oppressed and limited.
Now you will begin to feel more peaceful.
Be more peaceful and calmer.
Your wrists have been lifted from your shoulders,
