Welcome to your Beyond Free Mental Wrap Meditation,
Knowing Yourself.
This is an invitation to begin our journey,
Giving ourselves permission to just be.
Be beyond free.
At this moment,
There's nothing else that needs your attention.
You are enough.
I invite you to give yourself permission and space to heal your heart,
Your mind and your body.
I invite you to take a moment to connect with your breath,
Placing your awareness with loving kindness on your abdomen or around your nostrils,
Paying attention to each inhale and exhale.
If you notice your mind is wandering away from your breath,
It's okay.
This is a practice.
Gently bring your awareness back to your breath.
Each and every breath deserves your attention.
Now I invite you to notice within your body where you may be holding onto things that no longer serve you.
Sometimes this feels like tightness,
Tension or stress.
In this practice,
When we find those places that no longer serve us,
Allow your breath to help you to release that which no longer serves you.
Allow the breath,
Which is the spirit,
To shift the energy within your heart and mind,
Releasing that which no longer serves you.
Take a moment to allow your heart and your mind to meditate quietly on these questions reflecting on who am I?
Who am I?
Who am I?
What is mine to do in this moment?
Give yourself permission to release the things that are not yours to do.
What is mine to do at this moment?
As the answers arise out of the silence,
See if you can't embrace the essence of you.
Are there parts of you that are suffering?
Embrace your suffering.
Are there parts of you that are well?
Embrace your wellness.
What are the complexities of your life that are important to you?
Is it self-preservation?
Self-care?
A broke mindset?
Give yourself permission to explore your identity and the ways you show up depending on your energy,
On your vibe,
Your mood.
This is the journey,
A journey of inner knowing and healing,
An unfolding of the layers of who you are.
As we come to this conclusion of our meditation,
Remember this is a journey.
This is a practice of being beyond free and mentally wrapped well.
I invite you to take a deep breath in,
Hold for 3 counts,
Then slowly release.
Release the breath as the essence of you is fully in bloom.
