“I must say there have been plenty of times when I self-reflect by saying, "Okay, I could've done that differently," whether it was personally or professionally. But what I've lacked in the past was to intentionally change the behaviors or ideas so that I could make a healthy change. Take the time on this path to dig deeper into your self-reflection so you can build a healthier you.” - Beyond Free Journal, 2021

Welcome to your Beyond Free Mental Wrap Meditations.

Digging deeper for self-reflection.

This is an invitation to begin our journey toward mental wellness,

Relaxation,

Authenticity,

And power.

By giving ourselves permission to just be.

Be beyond free.

In this moment,

This is a time to set aside,

To dig deeper into our inner galaxy and inner universe.

Stop and reflect on our thoughts,

Feelings,

And actions.

To take the time on this path to dig deeper into our self-reflection.

Be bold.

Build a healthier you.

I invite you in this moment to connect with your breath.

This is an invitation to place your awareness on your abdomen or around your nostrils.

And gently notice with loving affection.

Each and every inhale or exhale.

Being mindful of your breath for three consecutive breaths.

And if you notice your mind wandering away from your breath,

Notice with curiosity and gently guide your attention back to your breath.

I invite you to allow your awareness to notice where in your body,

Where are you holding on to things that no longer serve you and your higher self.

Where is your tension hiding?

Where is the stress?

See if you can't.

Allow your breath to gently massage out those things that no longer serve you.

And at the same time,

Openly acknowledge yourself as you are and whether or not you're open to being reflective.

Again I invite you to use your breath,

Which is the spirit,

To shift that energy within your heart and mind and body.

And release that which no longer serves you.

Now with bliss and delight,

Ease and joy,

Allow your heart and your mind to focus on these reflective questions.

Quietly rolling them over and over in your mind.

Why am I on this journey?

Why am I on this journey?

Why am I on this journey?

What is my vision of myself?

What is the vision I hold for myself?

What is my vision?

What have I done recently that's made me think deeply about my ideas and my behaviors?

When am I reflecting deeply on my ideas and my behaviors?

As the answers arise out of the silence,

Take as much time as you need to be reflective.

Openly acknowledging the light seer and the shadow side of who you are.

Release your light and darkness fully.

Find balance in knowing you are better for learning the lesson.

Give yourself kudos and permission to be empowered to build back a better version of yourself.

Be intentional and allow yourself space and time to discover,

Explore,

And be on the journey of transformation.

Reminding yourself in order to give light,

You must be the light.

As we come to the end of this beyond free mental wrap meditation,

Continue to allow your breath,

Which is the spirit,

To shift the energy,

The tension,

The stress within your heart and your mind to release again if there is anything that no longer serves you.

Remember this is a journey.

It's a practice of living and learning to be beyond free and mentally wrapped well.

Ashay ashay ashay.

Ashay ashay.
