Welcome to your Beyond Free Mental Wrap Meditations,

Connecting for Real Change.

This path asks you to step up and make real change.

Move from freedom dreaming to freedom doing.

This is an invitation to begin our journey toward mental wellness,

Relaxation,

Awareness,

And purpose.

Giving ourselves permission to just be.

Be beyond free and in this moment.

Explore your inner universe.

Your innerverse.

Tap into your energy.

Your inner greatness.

And cultivate real change for yourself and the collective.

On this path,

Seize the moment to connect with your breath.

Your breath is the first thing that greets you in this life and it's the last thing to leave you.

I invite you to give gratitude to your breath by placing your awareness gently on your abdomen or around your nostrils.

And notice with loving affection each and every inhale and exhale.

And see if you can't stay with your breath consistently for three whole breaths.

And if you notice your mind is wandering away,

Thinking into the future about what you have to do or thinking about things you've done,

Just notice with curiosity and gently bring your breath back to your place of awareness.

Now gently release the breath and place your awareness in places in your body.

Locate your awareness to places where you notice tightness or tension.

This is where you are holding on to things that no longer serve you.

Allow the breath,

Which is the spirit,

To shift the energy within your heart and mind.

And release the tightness in the tension.

Release the enemy,

Which is the inner me.

And release the habits of mind,

Old behaviors,

Thoughts,

And emotions that no longer serve you or the highest vision you have of yourself.

Now with ease and jubilance,

Take a moment to allow light into your heart and mind and body as you reflect on these questions,

Quietly rolling them over and over in your mind.

What do I need to work on?

Within myself,

What do I need to work on?

What do I believe in that sustains me throughout this journey?

What do I believe in that will sustain me through this journey?

What experiences have I had that make me think differently about who I am and someone in the collective?

What has happened to me that has given me insight to think differently about who I am or someone in the collective?

As the answers arise out of the silence,

Notice what comes up for you.

What's coming up emotionally?

What's coming up physically,

Mentally,

Spiritually,

And what's coming up energetically?

Yes,

You are a multidimensional being.

Connect fully with every aspect of who you are.

Letting this moment feel empowered from within to step up and take action to produce real change.

Move from freedom dreaming to freedom doing.

Take what you have grown from and make those tangible life changes that will ultimately transform you into a healthy being who thrives in all places and spaces.

Explore the different ways in which you communicate to yourself and to the collective how you feel,

Your vibe,

Your mood,

And your needs.

Be mindful.

Good things don't always feel good.

Speak your truth and act on your truth.

The result of freeing yourself and making change is liberation.

As we come to the close of this beyond free mental wrap meditation,

Pause to tune back into your breath.

Remember,

This journey is a practice of living and learning to be beyond free and mentally wrapped well.
