Welcome to Dopamine Sunrise – a 15-minute energizing morning breathwork for focus and flow. Layered together with tropical chill house music for summer time beach vibes, followed by an ambient grounding to land the ship. 3 rounds of connected breathing + breath holds of 30-60 seconds to stimulate the vagus nerve and induce the body's natural state of bliss. (If you're pregnant or have any medical considerations - just keep on breathing through the guided breath holds). Note: This breathwork is designed for the morning but can also be used anytime you’d like an energy boost, recharge, or activation during the day. Right before beginning creative work, or as an afternoon slump pick-me-up. Get cozy with your best headphones, either sitting or lying down, and let’s breathe together. Hey Epic Being,

Welcome to this energizing morning breath work for focus and flow.

Get cozy and comfortable sitting or laying down,

And let's breathe together.

Breathe in,

Breathe out,

Breathe in,

Breathe out,

In through the nose,

Out through the mouth,

Or if you like,

In through the mouth,

And out through the mouth,

Right?

And as you get into the flow of this,

Bringing your awareness now to your entire body,

And with every breath in,

And every breath out,

Infusing yourselves with morning light,

A feeling of breathing in aliveness into every cell in your body,

Great,

In,

Deeper breath now,

Really just riding the wave of this breath,

A feeling of charging your body,

Charging the physical you,

Charging your muscles,

Charging your lungs,

Charging your organs,

Your skin,

Your brain,

Your face,

Your spine,

Your lips,

Your smile,

Your breath,

Every cell of your body,

Feeling,

Align,

Out,

Last one,

And release to hold,

Closing your mouth and holding your breath now,

Finding a moment of stillness,

A feeling of centering and condensing the energy,

Focusing the energy into your body,

And allowing this breath hold here to strengthen your body,

Noticing the increase in carbon dioxide that dilates your blood vessels,

That opens your airways further,

That primes your body for energized aliveness and optimal oxygen intake all day,

Great,

And get ready to breathe in,

Inhale deep in,

And hold for 15 seconds,

A feeling now of sending this energized aliveness all the way up through your body,

Up through your spine,

Up through the center of the core of your body,

Up through your throat,

Up into your neck,

Up into your brain,

Into the crown of your head,

And get ready to release in 3,

1,

Exhale,

Deep breath in,

And out,

Round 2 now,

In,

Out,

And as we are in round 2 and you're a pro at this point,

We're gonna see if we can speed it up to double tempo while still keeping the same feeling of effortless flow,

Last two,

And out,

Last one,

Double tempo,

Last one,

Now slow it back down,

In,

Out,

Your whole body just flooding with life energy,

Out,

We're gonna be holding for 45 seconds this time,

So just slightly longer,

And now inviting it,

Dialing your awareness more fine-tuned,

More subtle,

Beginning to tune into what is wanting to come through today,

What are you tapped into,

What are you tuning into,

What is there in the field that is wanting to download into you,

And be created through you,

Once again a feeling of bringing everything to stillness for a moment,

And deep breath in,

Expanding from the inside as you hold the breath for 45 seconds,

Drawing the breath all the way down through your throat,

Heart,

Belly,

All the way down into your hips,

And also sending some of that aliveness all the way down into your legs,

Your feet,

Your toes,

Your arms,

Your hands,

Your fingertips,

And if you like here you can also engage and release your pelvic floor to activate the base of your body,

If that's comfortable for you,

Full-bodied aliveness,

And get ready to release in three,

Two,

Allowing a couple of cleansing breaths,

And then we're going to get ready for round three,

And release,

Deep breath in,

And release,

Deep breath in,

And in,

And release out and hold for 60 seconds,

And allowing this breath hold here to be an experience of simultaneously feeling deeply still inside,

And at the same time awake,

Alert,

Ready for a beautiful day,

Ready for a whatever day is perfect for you today,

A creative day,

A chill day,

A rejuvenation day,

Or a bit of something sparks of morning light,

Energize the aliveness into every cell of your body,

And now top it up with another small sip in,

A little bit more air in,

Deep breath in,

Allowing yourself here to just be in a space of receptivity,
