This is a Rob Cross Wholeness meditation.

We'll begin today with settling our breath,

Taking a few moments to settle into your seat,

Relax your spine,

And really getting so comfortable knowing that this practice is all about you connecting inwards and allowing yourself to relax,

Release,

And settle in.

Our meditation today is going to be focused around the rattle,

One of my favorite tools to use and share my love for.

As you're deepening the breath,

Allow my voice to guide you through this meditation,

Knowing that I will prompt you,

I'll bring you back to your body,

And my voice is here with you through your whole process.

Know that there is no right way or wrong way in any of my meditations.

Allow yourself to relax and when the rattle comes,

Notice how your body feels when that radiant sound comes through.

Allow the sound to penetrate through your body,

To move and release anything.

So starting off our practice today with deepening the breath,

Whatever that looks like to you,

Closing down the eyes if you haven't already.

Take that big deep breath in,

Maybe sighing it out,

Allowing yourself to drop into the space,

This beautiful space with just you,

Knowing that this is a safe environment to totally relax and let go for these next few minutes.

We'll do a little bit of visualization today before we drop into our rattle.

Start with focusing on different parts of the body.

Every time I name something,

Allow that part of your body to relax.

I'll jump around quite fast because this will give your mind something to do while your body relaxes.

So we'll take one more deep breath in,

Sigh it out,

We'll start to focus on the body.

Your left big toe relaxes,

Releases,

Settles.

Your right thumb,

Left pointer finger,

Right pinky finger,

Left palm,

Right shoulder,

Left hip,

Right bum cheek,

Left heel,

Right baby toe,

Left earlobe,

Right earlobe,

Left eyebrow,

Right nostril.

Settle on your tongue.

Notice the taste,

The texture,

The temperature.

Feeling all of your teeth settling into your mouth,

Your gums holding in your teeth.

Take a deep breath in.

Notice the breath traveling in through the nose.

Notice the eyes.

Taking another deep breath in.

Then we'll bring to our mind's eye a tall,

Cold glass of water.

Whatever that feels like for you,

Whatever the textures are.

Maybe you have a harder time visualizing in your meditations and that's okay.

Maybe you can smell the glass of water,

Feel the glass of water,

Taste the glass of water.

Whatever drops you into the meditation of having a glass of water in front of you,

In a crystal clear glass,

Knowing that there's cold water waiting for you.

Imagine that your hands are cupping this glass of water and that cool texture is lighting up your palms.

Feeling the cold energy on your hands,

The smooth feeling of the glass.

If your mind is wandering,

That's okay.

Being gentle in yourself and coming back to that glass of water that you're visualizing or using your senses to be with.

We'll take a deep breath in and imagine that you're picking up that tall glass of water and you're drinking it down.

What does it feel like as that cold water travels down through the body?

What's the texture,

The temperature,

The taste as you immerse yourself in this beautiful water energy?

Allowing this water to move down through the throat,

Filling the belly.

Taking a few moments to tap into the sensations and the senses of the cold glass of water that you're drinking.

Breathing deeply with it.

As this big glass of water reaches into the belly,

Just imagine that that water energy is filling and nourishing your whole body.

The energy,

The clarity,

That replenishing of the water in your body,

Allowing that water to penetrate through each and every cell in your body.

As that water reaches down into each and every cell,

Noticing how the cellular memory in your body remembers how close water is to your being.

Whether it's on this earth plane or a previous lifetime,

Water has been and has always been essential to us as humans.

Water is the lifeline.

Water is the beginning.

Water is in our makeup,

Our bodies.

It's a part of us and essential to our life here on earth.

Allowing that water to nourish and replenish through your body.

In a few moments,

I will begin to shake my rattle and really allow yourself to be immersed in this soft and gentle rattle that is a big support for the water on this planet and our history into Lemuria and Atlantis.

Whatever this rattle brings up for you,

Allow yourself to ebb and flow through the beautiful sound and let it ignite through your DNA and through your being whatever needs to be done today.

So take a few deep breaths and relax for a few moments and don't worry,

I'll bring you back.

Allow the sound to settle,

Noticing how your body is feeling.

Notice if you feel a subtle vibration to your body,

Any activations or simply maybe you just feel relaxed,

Cozy and settled in.

You can sit with this sound for however long you would like,

Just remembering that water is so dear to us,

So close and so essential.

Knowing that at any time you can replenish yourself with that physical tall cold glass of water and give thanks to your being,

Your body,

Your past lives and your connection to the water.

Take a few deep breaths in,

Feeling the rise and fall of the belly,

Maybe sighing it out,

Wiggling your fingers,

Your toes,

Bringing yourself back into your space and whenever you're ready you can open your eyes and continue on with the rest of your day.
