Robin is a certified Medi-Cal Peer Support Specialist and coach who advocates for others on their healing journey through mindfulness-based guidance, practical tools, and insights from lived experience. She is also certified in Adult Mental Health First Aid through the National Council for Mental Wellbeing. With a master’s degree in nonprofit administration, she brings a thoughtful and grounded approach to personal growth and meaningful change. Her guided sessions provide a quiet space to rest, restore, and reconnect with oneself. Robin’s meditation photography includes images from local surroundings and travels, capturing both everyday moments and serene destinations that reflect calm and presence. She continues to create new recordings to support well-being and balance. All proceeds from her tracks support Insight Timer Giving, benefiting Orphanage Saint Joseph, formerly Seeds of Love Bali, in Timor.

What distinguishes this progressive muscle relaxation from every other one I’ve tried, so far, on the insight timer Is the tension applied to each muscle group is gentle. I suggest retitling the meditation to: Gentle muscle relaxation as it would distinguish it from all the others.
