Welcome to this meditation for morning gratitude and renewal.

Take a moment to get comfortable either seated or lying down.

Let your hands rest loosely.

Relax your face and jaw.

Let your shoulders drop,

Releasing any tension.

Gently close your eyes.

Let's start with three slow breaths following my guidance.

Begin by inhaling deeply,

Filling your lungs with new energy.

Exhale slowly,

Letting go of anything heavy from yesterday.

Again,

Breathe in the light of this new day.

Breathe out,

Making space for what's ahead.

One more time,

Inhale,

Receiving the renewing radiance of this day.

Exhale,

Softening fully into the present moment.

Allow your breath to find its natural rhythm.

Each inhale and exhale remind you this new day has begun.

Now,

Silently repeat to yourself,

Thank you for this new day.

Thank you for the chance to begin again.

Thank you for the gift of life and renewal.

Let the words settle softly into your heart and stay here for several breaths,

Simply resting in gratitude.

From here,

Bring your mind to one or two things you are grateful for this morning,

Letting them arise naturally without effort.

Let gratitude expand with each breath as you hold these gifts in awareness.

Continuing on,

Imagine yourself stepping into the day ahead.

See yourself moving through it with clarity,

Steadiness and gratitude.

Extending further,

Take another deep breath in,

Filling yourself with appreciation for this new beginning.

Exhale,

Sending that gratitude out into the world.

Imagine gratitude moving beyond you,

Flowing into the people you meet and the spaces you enter.

As we close,

Bring your attention to your heart and rest there for a moment.

Whisper or silently repeat,

I welcome this day with presence.

I carry it forward with gratitude.

Stay with these words for a few more breaths.

Feel their calm strength as they rest in your heart.

Let them become an anchor you can return to at any moment when you need them.

Begin to bring your awareness back to the space you are in.

Gently wiggle your fingers and toes.

Slowly open your eyes.

Carry this gratitude with you,

Letting the energy of the morning stay with you throughout your day.

Thank you for welcoming this new day with gratitude and renewal.
