This is Deep Self Love Meditation in 5 Minutes.
I am Robert Changchow.
Begin by bringing your awareness to your heart center and visualize in your heart center a speck of light,
Slightly blue in color,
Maybe sapphire.
Imagine now breathing in through your heart center into this speck of light.
And imagine as you breathe into this speck of light in your heart,
It grows with each breath brighter,
More brilliant,
Larger.
This light,
As it gets more brilliant,
Recognize it as your deep inner unconditional heart love,
A deep love that's beyond any thoughts of unworthiness.
Breathe into this beautiful radiant light of love in your heart.
As you breathe into this light,
Imagine bringing the breath to touch whatever pain you are feeling within you.
Imagine as you breathe in through the light in your heart,
A beam of light,
Sapphire light touches whatever pain you feel.
This pain you feel within you could be a physical pain,
It could be an emotional pain,
Mental pain.
Somewhere in your body you feel emotional pain or mental pain,
In your mind or somewhere in your body.
Breathe in through this light of love and with a beam of light gently touch that pain.
And as you breathe out,
Bringing it out into a greater space,
To a wider space.
Breathe in,
Gently touch your pain,
Breathe out,
Bringing it out to a greater space.
Feel the warmth,
Kindness of this gentle touch,
Saying I'm aware of this pain.
