Hello,
You beautiful souls.
I'm Robert Chang Chappell.
I'm here to talk to you about.
Compassion-focused healing.
Part of the Tibetan Nyingye healing practices.
And Ning means heart.
And J can mean a number of things.
It could sometimes use noble or supreme,
So noble heart,
Supreme heart,
Protector,
Protection of the heart.
It has several meanings.
So really what it's focusing on is the energies,
The inner energies of the heart.
And these manifest for us.
As unconditional love.
Gratitude,
Unconditional compassion.
And complete acceptance of ourself and of others.
And so with these Ningye practices,
What we do is.
We tap into that energy.
And once we unfold that energy.
.
.
We use it to help us heal.
And that's what the compassion-focused healing is all about.
So.
Why don't we try a little experience of what that might be like?
And you can close your eyes for this if you want to.
And I just want to use your imagination.
To imagine that you're filled with light.
Head to toe to fingertips.
You're filled with a sapphire blue light.
It's radiant and clear and fills your body.
Completely and fully.
Every cell is filled with radiant light.
Brilliant.
Now imagine this light is the energy of pure,
Unconditional love.
Allow it to soak into your bones and your blood and your body.
Filling you completely with this energy.
Now imagine,
If you can,
That you are this being of light.
You are the light energy itself.
You are the energy.
Of pure unconditional love.
You're intimately embracing this body.
With the deepest kind of love.
Soaking in.
Every fiber,
Every particle,
Every part of your physical body embraced in love.
