This practice is simple and will give you the space to shed a layer and start anew whenever you need it.
Begin in a comfortable seat or you can lie down.
Just make sure that as you settle into comfort that you are able to witness an uninterrupted connection to your breath.
Close your eyes.
Gently part your lips and let out all of the breath in your body.
Rinse out every last drop.
Now seal your lips.
Through your nose,
Inhale to a slow count of five.
Inflate your belly first and then your lungs,
Your chest and your throat.
Hold the breath.
Feel the fullness of this life force energy inside of you.
Open your mouth and slowly sigh out this breath to the count of six.
In this moment you are presented with a fresh sleep.
Breathe into this space of infinite possibility.
Remember that you are present with a fresh sleep.

Bring your gaze to your third eye.
The space at the center of your brow line.
Your intuition lives here.
Visualize in this space a window wide open to your deepest desires.
Take long slow calm breaths as you bring your mind home to your heart.

Repeat this affirmation after me to yourself.
