Today's meditation will focus on harnessing your inner strength and life force energy so that you can step into your power.
Begin by taking a comfortable seat.
Place your palms face up on your thighs and close down your eyes.
Begin by taking three deep cleansing breaths.
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Filling up the lungs completely.
You're ready.
Take an open mouth exhale.
Two more times.
Big full breath and fill up.
Open mouth exhale.
One last time.
Big breath and fill up all the way.
Deep open mouth exhale.
You're going to bring your awareness to your solar plexus located above your navel and right below your ribs.
This is your center of power.
The place where you can draw all of the courage and strength that you could ever need.
Begin to notice tiny bright yellow light radiating at the center of your solar plexus.
Feel this tiny bright yellow light pulsating warmth and radiance like the sun.
As you continue to breathe,
Feel this light getting bigger and bigger.
Feel the light beginning to radiate throughout the rest of your body.
First encompassing your belly,
Your chest,
Encompassing your back and your entire torso.
Feel this light spreading through your legs,
Your arms,
Your shoulders and your calves.
Feel it radiating up through your neck and your head,
Your ankles and your feet until your entire body is glowing and radiating like the sun.
Feel your inner strength emerging and strengthening.
Feel your power,
Your courage,
Your ability to face any and all challenges that come your way.
Feel the inner knowing arise that you are worthy and capable of achieving all of your wildest hopes and dreams.
You can do anything.
Take a deep breath in filling up your nose.
Inhale as exhale.
Repeat the mantra,
Allow me to honor me,
To be the person I am in the world and to express my power and being without fear.
Repeat I am confident in what I do.
I stand up for myself and what I believe in.
I act with courage and strength.
I am worthy of all of my wildest hopes and dreams.
I am worthy.
When you are ready,
Draw your awareness back to the space around you.
Allow your breath to get a little bit deeper and slowly begin to open your eyes.
