Welcome to your self-love affirmation meditation.
Self-love is a vital part of living a happy,
Healthy,
And fulfilled existence.
When we practice loving-kindness towards ourselves,
We are able to realize our individual purpose and worth.
We become happier and more at ease,
And the world around us becomes a more harmonious and joyful place to be.
When we practice self-love,
We allow our hearts to open and to be ready to receive.
We'll begin today's meditation by finding a comfortable seat.
Place your palms face up on your thighs.
When you're ready,
Close your eyes.
Take a deep,
Expansive breath in.
Feel your heart space fill with love and light.
Fill up all the way.
Pause at the top.
And take an open mouth exhale,
Sigh it out.
Do that one more time.
Big cleansing breath in,
Fill up.
On your exhale,
Sigh out any negativity or bad feelings,
Just let it go.
Begin to find a more natural breath in through the nose,
Out through the nose.
Allow it to be light,
Steady,
Connected.
When you're ready,
Bring your attention to your heart space.
Notice your heart,
Become aware of it.
What is your heart saying?
Every time you exhale,
Release any negativity or tension that lives in your heart space.
With each breath in,
Feel your heart opening up,
Drawing love,
Light,
Gratitude and joy into those spaces that you just released negative energy from.
Give thanks to your heart.
Think it for all of the work that it does for beating,
For allowing you to feel emotionally connected to everyone and everything around you.
Give it thanks.
Now repeat after me.
I love myself unconditionally and accept myself as I am.
I am proud of myself and all that I have accomplished.
I recognize the divinity within me.
I respect myself and treat myself with love and kindness.
I forgive myself for the times that I have not loved myself and I transcend all feelings of unworthiness.
I am beautiful inside and out.
I love my body and I am grateful for all that it allows me to do.
I am strong and powerful,
Capable of conquering anything that comes my way.
I am worthy of feeling completely loved.
My heart is open.
I give and receive love freely.
I am a magnificent,
Wonderful light in this world.
I am strength and I am beauty.
I am love.
Take one more deep breath in.
Fill up your heart space all the way.
Open mouth,
Exhale.
Place your palms,
One on top of the other,
Over your heart.
Feel it beat.
