Taking a moment before we begin our meditation to find a position that feels nourishing to your body,
Whether seated in a chair or on a cushion,
Inviting your body into a position that encourages awakeness and vitality.
Once you feel comfortable,
Beginning to take some deep breaths in through the nose,
Expanding the belly,
The chest,
The ribcage,
And out through the nose,
Feeling the belly fall and the body soften.
As you breathe these deep breaths into your body,
Notice how your body feels today.
As you take these deep breaths into your body,
Notice what sensations are present for you today.
Notice the quality of your mind,
Your feelings,
The physical sensations present.
Releasing judgment,
Just simply being aware of the inner landscape of your being.
Breathing and feeling the support of the earth beneath you,
Grounding you into the present moment,
Grounding you into the potential of your day.
Breathing into the heart space,
Opening into gratitude for everything that is already present in your life.
Take a moment to feel the gratitude in the heart for everything that you already have.
Breathing into the crown,
Feeling your connection with the infinite,
With the divine,
And allowing divine inspiration to flow into your body as you start your day.
Continuing to breathe deeply,
See if an intention for your day arises naturally from the wisdom of your being.
This intention can be a word,
A feeling,
A sensation.
Finding that now with the help of your breath.
And as you breathe,
Anchor this intention into your body.
If it's a word,
Repeating this word over and over within you.
If it's a feeling,
Breathing this feeling through every inch of your body,
Allowing every cell to be charged with the life force of this intention,
So that you can walk through your day an embodiment of your clearest and highest self.
Taking a few deep breaths now.
Feeling yourself anchored,
Centered,
And intentional.
Looking forward to the magic that you'll create today simply by being,
And letting go of any need to force,
To chase.
Instead,
Allowing the breath to come and go,
And in each present moment,
Knowing you will attract exactly what is meant for you.
Finishing with a few deep breaths in through the nose,
Filling the whole body all the way to the crown of the head.
And exhaling out through the mouth,
Letting go of any hesitations or blocks.
And again,
Inhale through the nose,
The biggest breath you've taken yet.
Holding at the top this time,
And exhaling out through the mouth.
One more.
And exhaling out through the mouth.
One more.
Deep inhale.
Feel the ribs expand,
The chest expand,
The low back.
And out through the mouth.
Let it all go.
Take a moment to place the hand on the heart.
Gift yourself this intention,
Anchoring it here at your heart center.
Knowing that you are held,
That you are loved,
That you are supported in all that you do.
