And so now,
As you do,
Begin by slowing down,
Taking a moment to connect inside,
To identify,
To revisit,
To go back to the self,
To begin internally,
As you do now,
Taking that moment,
To open up possibility and the potential for a new alignment to begin.
And you can connect that at multiple levels,
That calm,
And that sense of peace,
And that awareness of the process and of the awareness.
Begin internally,
Coming back home,
Back to yourself,
Allow that connection,
Like floating back inside,
And just holding that for a moment now,
A long moment,
Or a short moment,
And that connection,
All the way back now,
All the way back inside,
Just like clearing away space,
Opening up a door to that calm,
And that connection,
That sense of inner peace,
And inner calming,
Soothing,
Relaxation,
Can come over you,
To embrace that,
And let all those parts out there,
Let all that go for a minute,
To return inside,
To reconnect internally,
To that rhythm,
And to that space,
Each person does,
Have their own unique rhythm,
Synchronization,
And entrainment,
The vibration,
And pulse,
And you can synchronize your breath,
You can synchronize your breathing,
And your heart rate,
And calming your muscles,
And relaxing your mind,
And it's nice to know you can,
Let go of that,
Move through that,
To that reconnection,
Inside,
And let the external noise,
Like drifting by,
It's nice to know you don't have to pay attention,
To everything,
All the time,
And in that moment,
You can understand that awareness,
And that rhythm,
And that cadence,
That inner pulse,
That internal pulse,
Just like the beating of your heart,
That's right,
And so as you do now,
Begin that process of relaxing,
Down from five,
Like floating down an elevator,
Or an escalator,
Down to four,
Taking a deep breath in,
And now down to three,
And as you do,
Visualize that,
That movement,
And make the internal connection,
To that part that doesn't require,
Any outside reference,
To tune inward,
Just like floating,
Down from five,
And down to four,
Not forgetting to take a deep breath,
In between,
Each note,
Each word,
And each rhythm,
And so as you do now,
Begin that process of relaxing,

Taking a deep breath in,

And to know that you do have a choice,
In so much in life,
And in all that you do,
Connecting to that,
And down to four,
And floating down and down,
Or ascending up,
Higher and higher,
And making sure that,
Each word has the meaning you prescribe,
Each connection idea,
Is relevant to you,
You can create your own meaning,
When you do,
Each and every day,
Creating that,
Deeper connection now,
And if the only thing that was accomplished,
Was a deeper sense,
A deeper felt connection,
To the self,
Inside,
And now down to three,
And with each breath,
Each deeper breath now,
You can connect,
Internally,
Bringing yourself back inside,
And that awareness of being home,
And that internal comfort,
And now down to two,
Almost all the way now,
And that entrainment,
And that synchronization,
To that rhythm,
Inside,
All the way inside now,
Connecting that,
And floating there,
And now down to one,
Each person can find that,
Internal stillness,
That silent pulse,
Inside,
That connection to,
All that was and can be,
And now in this moment,
Again,
Useful and available,
Connecting that process,
Just like opening up a new gift or present,
And moving into a new awareness,
Healing that,
Holding that,
Admiring that,
And respecting that,
There's so much there,
Right below the surface,
Just moving out of the way,
And that stillness,
And expanding that inner awareness and insight,
Discovery,
Exploring that,
And moving through,
So now as your journey begins,
A journey of relaxation can,
And will,
Emerge now,
And you can notice that,
And you can connect that,
Each person does,
Finding your own meaning,
All the way down now to one,
All the way,
That comfortable place,
That inner comfort,
That inner guide,
We each hold,
Deep inside,
To enjoy the journey,
And to enjoy the ride,
You don't have to try too hard,
To do nothing,
To daydream,
You don't have to try to control,
You can let go of that for a moment,
That part of the mind,
That vigilance,
Can also take a time out,
So as you do,
Listen to the rhythm now,
Be there with yourself,
Just floating there,
Connect itself,
Back to the self,
And the inside,
When that rhythm moves through,
Time,
Space,
And all matter of being,
Vibration,
In that frequency,
Flowing with that frequency,
And being comfortable with that,
And aware of that,
Holding that,
Comfort and awareness,
Down and down now,
Just like floating down the elevator,
Even from two and down to one,
And eventually arriving at the basement level,
All the way,
Or visualizing a time in your life,
A beautiful place or memory,
That puts you right back there now,
Seeing yourself there,
Floating,
Drifting by,
Moving from muscle awareness to letting go of that,
Letting go of that connection,
For a moment,
In that stillness,
And in that space,
Each and every time,
Just like going down the elevator,
Or ascending up,
Higher and higher now,
You can give your mind a time out,
A little vacation from identification with words,
Identification with doing,
Identification with feelings,
And identification with attitude,
And open your perception,
Like a giant bank of sounds internally,
All those options,
All those potentials inside,
Created there,
Because you know you can,
Each person can do that,
Connect to that expansion,
Like expanding the mind space to cover,
Horizontal and vertical,
To move up and down,
And back and forth,
As far as the eye can see,
And then even,
We could say,
Beyond that,
Beyond a limited field of reference,
Beyond a limited field of awareness,
Beyond a limited field of human understanding,
And so you can go deeper now,
And deeper,
Beyond,
And with each breath,
Or each number,
Each flight of stairs,
Or to find that other elevator,
Or take the escalator higher and higher up,
Like floating up above it all,
Noticing that,
Connecting that awareness,
At multiple levels,
That's right,
You can do that,
Holding that capability,
Holding that intention,
Holding that understanding,
And you can access that intuition,
Your deeper unconscious mind,
And opening that space,
To what's relevant to you,
And now as you do,
Continue to float,
Taking that time necessary,
Whatever that is that you need,
Now,
To connect those parts,
To integrate those ideas,
To move deeper into that learning,
To reference all those potentials,
And mind structure,
And capability,
You hold now,
That's right,
All the way now,
All the way,
All the way now.
