You can notice that rhythm and keep your awareness right there on that rhythm and an awareness of that awareness and on the spaces between the words and the spaces between the notes between each rhythm and to notice that the flow of both words and the flow of the rhythm and that rhythm to put your awareness on that mix in between and where you do now to move your awareness to alter that sensation and so while you do your conscious mind,
Your left brain linear cognitive part and those logical capabilities and also to put your awareness on your right brain that creative unconscious mind and you can notice that flow of the right creative realm and the left logical understanding and utilize that rhythm and those words and begin to integrate that skill set,
Begin to connect that ability and that insight you can put your awareness on your feet or on your toes or you can take a deep breath in and count backwards from 10 down to 9 and then up to your ankles relaxing and softening your feet and ankles and then taking another deep breath in now and counting backwards from 8 and moving your awareness up into your lower calves below your knees and then up into your calves and take another deep breath all the way in now and down to 7 and even down to 6 and you can take another deep breath in to alter perception and that time linear and that space matter and that flow and to know that now and still that rhythm you can soften your knees and your upper thighs and get a good distal,
A good feeling of that awareness now in your body and that capability is always there dormant and sleeping and holding that awareness as well and as you do now take another deep breath in heading down to 5 picturing that air that movement inside,
Outside,
Upside and downside flowing vertically from the top of your head all the way down to the very tips of your toes too and past your thighs and your calves and your ankles and as you do move down to 4 now bringing that warmth and that awareness up into your hips and pelvis and take a moment now to relax all those muscles as well and still the beat marches on all that time in rhythm not a clock time but a time how beyond that round man made time and from time to time or once upon a time connecting that deep rhythm now and that stillness and that space and those spaces in between in between those notes and those ideas between those thoughts and even in between those very deep letters a deeper pulse begins to emerge and now down to 4 taking another deep breath all the way now as you soften your stomach and chest and as you do feel that rhythm to keep your awareness right there on that pulse that tempo that vibration and that dynamic frequency a connection to your own inner pulse and flowing with that and as you do now even take a deeper breath keeping your awareness still calm and present to that inner pulse that deeper flow state and that point of contact this moment the here and now that inhalation and exhalation and a deeper connection to that and now down to 2 that connection that rhythm and that tendency to flow like floating on a cloud so high above it all now and as you do begin to move in and out softening your shoulders and your arms and down your forearms still floating right there suspended above it all and it's nice to know you don't really have to try you don't really even have to pay attention and holding that connection to a sense of freedom floating and as you do now it's so nice to know that the body already knows you don't really have to do too much of anything to relax all the way down now all the way or allowing that flood of relaxation to move down your arms past your elbows and even all the way into your hands and even right out the very tips of your fingers and as that relaxation merges with that pulse a new rhythm can begin to connect to a train and to synchronize moving that deeper relaxation up now into the muscles of the neck and no reason to hold any tension there and so as you do let go of that now and back to the interior behind the eyes and then all the way down and as you take another deep breath in now to go all the way down to the one now seeing that number one there embedded in that deeper rhythm there's always that connection to the earth that is the downbeat of the earth tone and that connection of one that first note flowing with awareness and allowing that rhythm to bathe you in that experience now and as that energy passes all the way through you now are you a picturing that track like moving out through the galaxy and past the milky way all the way from the tips of your toes and all the way up and through and even out like a laser beam or shooting star all the way at the very top the crown of your head farther and farther now traveling and flowing moving in that awareness that still silent presence that vibration and frequency and the rhythm continues on that beat moves and that beat flows at that moment transforming that insight and connection how does a new idea begin to take shape a new momentum begins to shift and show up it's like a wave at the beach who knows how long that swell has been traveling and the winds of time lofting back and forth more like the wind flowing through the trees back and forth now and as you can take a moment here to take a moment here and settle in that silence all this harmony and all is in time and space that stillness connecting to that and to know that and to understand that stillness has been there with you all along deep inside your own harmony entrainment and synchronization and the rhythm of your heartbeat your own rhythm and the rhythm of your pulse and the rhythm of your connection here to notice and to reflect on that journey and now the stepping off point into that deeper soundscape that deeper movement and flow to let your own creative unconscious mind guide you down because that journey of rhythm that connection to stillness and the silent pulse and never ends and that's right deep inside now and that pulse and that frequency all the way down so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so
