Hello,

My name is Dr.

Jeanette Freeman and I invite you to settle in for this affirmative prayer.

As I speak in first person,

I invite you to know this for yourself.

Affirmative prayer's purpose is to bring us into a personal alignment with a deeper spiritual truth.

The focus of this prayer is to establish ourself in knowing that we are constantly and forever more supported and supplied.

That we establish ourself in the absolute awareness,

I am supported and supplied.

So join with me now in taking a breath.

That's right.

To bring ourself completely present in this moment.

To turn inward.

With every breath we bring our awareness to the center of us.

We can sense and feel the presence.

With every breath bringing ourself into a deeper awareness and remembering,

We are remembering a higher spiritual truth that there is but one life.

Infinite intelligence,

Universal mind,

Father,

Mother,

God,

Infinite spirit.

By whatever name we call this power,

It is the power and the presence that drives this universe that creates,

It is the most powerful,

Deeply loving presence.

And I am one with that.

There's one life and it created me and I am one with this infinite life.

Therefore I am universal mind.

I am divine mind.

I am divine love.

I could not now or could I ever be separated from that presence.

I am this holiness.

I am this holy presence.

And it's from this awareness that I know the truth.

How could I be separate from support and supply?

I am abundantly supported.

I am abundantly supplied.

I am provided for in every way.

Because I'm not separate from this life.

I am one with this life and I claim,

I command and demand support and supply show up in my life as evidence to this deep,

Powerful knowing.

I am supported and supplied.

I am one with this power and one with this presence and one with this mind.

And every time I speak this entire truth into this universal mind,

It acts upon it and operates upon it,

Impersonally.

So I make that command and demand to this universal law and say,

I am supported and supplied everywhere around me is the evidence of that.

I see it.

My thought and mind goes completely to watching and seeing and observing the evidence all around that I am so supported and supplied.

I'm not alone.

I'm not doing this by myself.

I am one with this powerful presence.

I am one with this life.

It is the life that is right here where I am,

Supporting and supplying in every way.

So I give thanks.

I speak my word for support and supply,

Knowing that it manifests perfectly.

I have nothing else to say but thank you.

I'm so grateful.

I'm grateful that it is already done.

I see it in the mind of this great universal presence.

I see it in my mind.

I know it's complete.

I know it's done.

And all the time I see the evidence of that.

So I'm grateful.

Thank you.

Thank you,

Spirit.

Thank you,

Universe.

Thank you for all of this.

I am so grateful.

And I just release this.

I let it go,

Knowing it is done already,

Now and forever.

And so it is.
