PESHMA Channeled Forest Meditation To Meet Your Higher Self

This meditation (process) was taken from a live trance channeling session (March 2022) where PESHMA (Rev J's collective) took a group into the Red Wood Forrest to connect with their Higher Selves. We have one that is coming to us that we wish to share with you so if you would like to join us what we would like you to do if it feels good for you is just get into a nice comfortable position whether that's sitting up or lying down reclining back whatever feels comfortable for you just go ahead and do that now and whenever you go into your own process which you might call meditation the first thing to do is to slow your breathing down so at your own comfort we would like you to take a nice deep breath in hold for a gentle count that's comfortable for you and then exhale out we're going to do that two more times we'd love for you to visualize inhaling in light and love when you exhale just exhale all that no longer serves you get that all out for your third time and exhale everything that no longer serves you and when you've completed that process just breathe naturally and normally take your time just breathing naturally and normally and all that that you exhale that goes out into the ethers we will take it from you and we will transmute it so it is safe to let go of all that no longer serves you we will take it we will transmute it and we would love for you now to imagine sense feel or see in front of you perhaps it might be a doorway or an entrance into the forest of the redwoods and as you enter into the forest of the as you enter into the forest of the redwoods so much joy is felt here just take your time and explore the woods for the redwoods are so special although their roots typically are just below the surface of the soil one might wonder how do these tall beautiful redwoods hold themselves up it's because they interconnect their roots with each other and hold each other up and so redwood forest is a place to go to to gain strength and groundedness which is so important so just explore around and perhaps you may meet a friend or two perhaps they are in spirit or body or animal form just explore around and feel that strength feel yourself actually grounding down with each step as if your feet are roots that are able to move and ground you and just find a nice comfortable spot in your redwood forest maybe it's up against the log or sitting on a log or maybe it's leaning back on a redwood or even standing just kind of hugging a tree hugging trees so we're just going to give you a moment to find your spot we see some of you have some friends kind of dancing around you as you settle in and that's good yes it feels so good as you find your spot i'd like to invite you we would love for you to just gently take a look up oh up past the tall redwood trees and maybe there might be a bunch of leaves and branches and if they are and they're obstructing your view of the beautiful night sky imagine you can see through those leaves just gaze up into the night sky so beautiful and clear all the seeds star seeds just maybe some of you might be seeing little star seeds that are trickling down from the leaves or perhaps you see twinkling stars in the sky and there's beautiful grandmother moon shining down on us we would like you to just take a moment to really drink that in and imagine grandmother moon shining her beautiful silvery light down through the trees find that silvery beautiful shining light meeting with your crown the top of your head and just blanketing you with her beautiful moonlight and what she and the stars wish you to know and the galaxies above where the moon resides it's for you to come into your knowing remembering where it is that you have perhaps it may even be a planet that is shining down on you whatever it is just drink that in allow your human form to connect to your spiritual form and we will be quiet for a few moments we wish to give you time we know that we have sped this process up before so we are going to give much time for you to feel mother dia below you for that is where pure consciousness comes from that you are from and also for as above the sky the stars the planets the moon to shine down on you her voice again it will not disturb you just drink it all in feel into this feeling perhaps there is a message that is for you at this time that might have been coming through so just listen with your heart when you are ready just take a nice gentle breath in bringing awareness back to where you are sitting in the forest exhale bringing your roots back up from mother gaia body of thanking the stars and know that although you're pulling your energy back in you are still one with that which is around you and again the human form and feeling separate is an illusion you have just felt perhaps some of you have even been able to feel back to what it feels like to be with your oneness and just taking another nice gentle breath in making sure that your energy is pulled back into your human form and still one with that form we're just pulling the energy from being wide to the field in which you inhabit and when you are ready think that for those who have come to you to impart wisdom or feeling so joyful and know that you can connect in this form as above so below as within so without at any time if you start to feel that mindful separation again you can come to your redwood forest and reconnect and remember come into oneness so when you're ready go ahead and find that door that cloud or whatever you came into the forest go ahead and walk through that and into your room or place where you are coming from sometimes i like her tap her arms and just kind of gently feel and hug come back into the body it feels really good to be out there but that is a part of you however we do have to acknowledge that there is the human form that you are in also and we invite you when you're ready to open up your eyes and come back into present awareness
