Begin by making yourself comfortable.
You might like to loosen any clothing that feels tight and settle into a position that feels good.
Whether that's lying down or sitting up in a chair.
Just allow yourself to get cozy and supported.
I'm going to guide you through three deep relaxing breaths.
You'll want to inhale as deeply as feels comfortable for you.
Hold for a gentle count and then exhale fully.
You're invited to either soften your gaze or close your eyes.
Whichever feels best in this moment.
All right let's begin.
Take your first deep breath in.
Hold gently and exhale.
It feels so good to begin letting go.
Now take your second deep breath.
Hold for that gentle count and exhale.
With each breath feel yourself becoming more and more relaxed.
And now your third breath in.
Hold gently and as you exhale allow yourself to rest in the knowing that there's nowhere you need to be and nothing you need to do.
Beautiful.
Now simply allow your breath to return to its natural pace rate and rhythm.
To help you relax even more deeply I'm going to count backwards from 10 down to 1.
As I begin to count imagine sense and feel any tension gently melting away from your body.
In its place a soothing calm begins to flow through you.
Warm peaceful and comforting.

Picture the muscles in your scalp and face softening becoming completely at ease.

Let that feeling of relaxation drift into your neck and shoulders releasing any tightness.

Feel it spreading down your arms into your hands and all the way to your fingertips soft still and light.

Envision your back loosening each muscle letting go finding a new level of comfort.

Every muscle every nerve in your back unwinding loose relaxed and free.

That wave of ease travels lower into your lower back grounding you in a sense of deep relaxation.

Imagine your legs now heavy and relaxed as that calm spreads through your thighs and knees.

A deep peace settles into your calves continuing to your ankles and feet.

Good I invite you to imagine sense and feel yourself entering a serene beautiful space a place that feels safe and nurturing.
This could be a quiet beach a lush forest a glowing cave or any other setting that brings you peace.
The air is fresh and vibrant and you feel deeply connected to this place.
Imagine that every step you take draws you closer to a sense of harmony and restoration.
Using your creative subconscious intelligence picture yourself becoming small enough to journey into your body and entering the intricate vibrant world within your bloodstream cells and organs.
This inner world feels alive peaceful and harmonious.
You are completely safe here.
As you explore notice any areas that feel in need of care.
These areas may appear as dark spots cloudy energy or stagnant spaces.
Just observe them with curiosity and compassion.
Recognize they are simply parts of you calling for compassion and healing.
Feel your body's natural healing forces alive well and manifesting before your eyes.
They may appear as radiant healers glowing orbs a gentle golden mist or any other form that feels comforting.
See them moving through your body with kindness and precision.
Gently surrounding and transforming the areas in need of care.
Watch as these healing forces bring light warmth and harmony restoring your body's natural rhythm.
Imagine sense and feel your entire system renewing itself your cells glowing with vitality your organs function optimally and your whole body filled with energy and ease.
See your blood flowing like a clear vibrant river carrying oxygen and nutrients to every part of you.
Your lungs are filled with healing air and your heart radiating strength and warmth.
Your body's natural rhythm is restored.
Surround your entire body in a soft radiant light a cocoon of healing energy.
This light could be golden white or any other color that resonates with you.
Feel it soothing every part of you filling you with strength and protecting you.
You know and trust this light to nurture and support your body's natural healing abilities.
As you relax in this cocoon of light imagine sense and feel anything your body no longer needs stagnant energy tension or discomfort leaving with ease.
See these elements dissolve completely as they are carried away through your lymphatic system and released into your body.
Release out the bottom of your feet and the palms of your hands with complete ease.
Now take this moment and see yourself healthy vibrant and full of life.
You see yourself smiling and moving with ease as you are enjoying each day with energy and joy.
You allow and accept the vision of wholeness to fill your mind and heart.

When you're ready begin to gently bring your awareness back to the present moment.
Imagine sense and feel yourself leaving your healing sanctuary knowing you can return whenever you need to.
