This 5-day retreat brings together Artemis Audio & Ayurveda and the family-run Eco Horqueta ecological lodge, set on a certified organic coffee farm in Horqueta, Los Naranjos, approximately 20 minutes from Boquete. Surrounded by cloud forest, native wildlife and views of Volcán Barú, it offers a peaceful setting for slowing down and reconnecting. Join Artemis Audio & Ayurveda for an intimate 5-day retreat in the cloud forests of Chiriquí, Panama. Set on a family-run organic coffee farm surrounded by native forest and views of Volcán Barú, this retreat is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with nature, and make space for yourself. Experience the story of Panamanian coffee, explore the surrounding landscape and spend time in mindful creative practice. DAY 3 Movement · Reflection & Personal Practice A slower retreat day centered around yoga, meditation, sound and your own inner rhythm, with a dedicated 1:1 Artemis session to explore what you want from this retreat and what you are ready to make space for. DAY 4 Nature · Culture & Nourishment Step beyond the retreat setting for a curated excursion and experience more of the landscape and culture of Chiriquí. Return to the lodge for nourishment, reflection and an evening practice. DAY 5 Integration · Closing Sound & Departure A spacious final morning to reflect, journal, move, breathe and gather what you are taking home. We close together with an Artemis sound experience before departure.

PANAMA is TROPICAL and HOT & HUMID ALL YEAR ROUND ( this retreat will be in the mountains which is a tiny bit cooler than the coast )
Cancellation policy
The remaining balance for the retreat is due 60 days prior to the start date. If this balance is paid earlier than these 60 days, you are eligible to cancel and receive a full refund of this remaining balance, provided you do so at least 60 days before the retreat begins.
