Jayne and Brenna will welcome you to Binghamton, NY with a friendly and fun urban reset for all ages. Urban cottage studio combined with accessible, scenic city walking routes and an authentic local dining experience. Begin your reset solo or with your closest friends and family. You will experience somatic relief, breathing techniques, and yoga postures to integrate into your life. Learn new possibilities as the day unfolds and inspires you to experience more fully in any environment. We will trek to the city and pause along the way to practice a yoga pose and breath together. The sounds of the urban scene are not distractions, but rather anchors for where we are along the path. We will take the opportunity to explore the history and the meaning of this beautiful city, called Binghamton. Many unique public areas will be part of the stops, while finishing the trek with a wholesome lunch at a local eatery and juicery. This retreat will set time for integration and allow for you to reset your mind, body, and spirit.

Cancellation policy

The remaining balance for the retreat is due 14 days prior to the start date. If this balance is paid earlier than these 14 days, you are eligible to cancel and receive a full refund of this remaining balance, provided you do so at least 14 days before the retreat begins.
