Welcome to this short energetic reset meditation designed to do at any time of the day.

This practice will help you to come back to your center,

Release what feels heavy,

And return to the present moment.

Find a comfortable seat or lie down,

Keeping your spine nice and tall.

Gently close your eyes and allow yourself these next few minutes just for you.

Take a deep breath in through the nose and slowly exhale through your mouth,

Again breathing in deeply and exhale sighing it out.

Feel your body settling,

Your shoulders softening,

And your attention turning inward.

Notice the natural rhythm of your breath and simply become aware of being here right now.

We'll reset your energy with a few rounds of box breathing.

When you're ready,

Inhale,

Breathe in through your nose for 1,

3,

4,

Hold 4,

3,

2,

1,

Exhale through the mouth 1,

2,

3,

4,

Hold 4,

3,

2,

1,

Inhale 1,

2,

Now continue at your own pace for a few more cycles.

With each breath,

Feel yourself create balance,

Harmony,

And calm within your mind and body.

As you continue breathing,

See if you can lengthen the count to 8 seconds,

Slowing down the breath even more.

Imagine that with each inhale,

Fresh,

Vibrant energy is flowing into your body.

As you exhale,

You release what no longer serves you,

Any stress,

Tension,

Or worry.

Breathe in expansion,

And breathe out stagnation.

With every breath,

Feel yourself become lighter,

Clearer,

And more present.

Whenever you get there,

Take one more deep,

Nourishing breath in,

And let it go with a long sigh.

Notice the subtle changes within your energy,

And choose to carry this renewed presence into the rest of your day.

When you're ready,

Gently open your eyes,

And invite awareness back into your body.
